60 Inn Saigon

People have mentioned that it can be noisy, but I didn't really notice that much noise during my stay, and I hardly saw or heard any of the other guests. I would say the noise level is a non-issue and any noise from the streets is what you would expect at many hotels any city. The host, Annie, and her family were very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place when visiting HCMC for its location, apartment-like layout, value, and friendliness of the people. I would love to visit Vietnam again and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing central location but quiet alley and kind hosts.

The walls are a bit thin so we could hear people talking outside easily.

It was like a home stay, such a great experience. The hosts were so sweet and accommodating! The value was exceptional! Location was good, with many shops, restaurants, and street foid vendors within easy walking distance. The rooftop patio was a great place to hang out. I would definitely stay here every time I visit Saigon. The dryer always seemed to be busy. The bed was a little on the hard side for me, but I like a very soft one.

Very good location. The family who runs the place is very friendly, the mother (who was in contact with me even before we arrived to arrange our stay) was very communicative and helpful. The kitchen is equipped with every kitchen tools and utensils that you might need. The room is a little small, we had three suitcases and it was sometimes hard to move them or ourselves around the room. Maybe having only two chairs instead of only one would make the room more spacious. The bathroom was relatively clean although sometimes the “bathroom smell” wad a little strong, some kind of fragrance stick would be nice in there.

My only minor issue was that the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough, which was noticeable since the April weather was so hot.

The building was located in the middle of all places where I wanted to explore the city. The light from the hallway was coming in the room and made me awake sometimes.

The owner is very friendly and perfect. Will come back whenever visiting Saigon.

The location is amazing. Just in the heart of District 1.

Check‑in and check‑out were effortless, and I left with wonderful memories. We’d happily return and recommend this homey place to anyone visiting.

The room desperately needs a good cleaning and an upgrade. There are tiny ants that appear here and there. Some of the utensils had not even been washed. The bed is extremely hard. The most disappointing of all is that I specifically rented because we wanted a patio but the space is used for the businesses laundry needs. Yes, there is a table and two chairs that you can used on the upper courtyard, but you’re surrounded by laundry drying on racks plus their stock of towels and soap etc. The plus: very nice elevator, the owner is very nice and polite and she even found a needle and thread that I needed. I wish I could give a better review because of the kind family but the premises were just were not up to par, according to the photos on the site. Cleanliness and upkeep, ants, hard bed, patio was overtaken by the business laundry…

The location is in an alley of a busy main street, not too loud at night and morning - did not have my sleep disturbed. I was able to do an early check in, and they were kind enough to store my bags after I checked out. Always warm and welcoming every time I entered the inn. It is close to a cute café and some good shopping stores! The room was spacious and clean, they had housekeeping every day that I stayed. The shower is behind a glass so the toilet never got wet! There is a small kitchen and fridge to use. Would come back to stay again when I am in Saigon in the future, and already recommended it to my parents! :)

The room was spacious and I loved having the kitechentte. The location was fantastic for exploring the city on foot.

Conveniently located near several tourist attractions, the hotel boasts numerous restaurants, including several renowned banh mi. It's quiet and clean, and the hotel staff is very friendly, offering laundry service at a reasonable price. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel is difficult to find because it's located a bit to the side from main street in a small yard.

The manager and her family are very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned whenever I wanted and to a very high standard. Despite being in the middle of a very busy area of District 1, it was always quiet and peaceful. It's a very good value in HCMC!
