Staff is proactive, friendly and trying to help. The facility and toiletries provided were very basic and with the price paid I wouldn't recommend. The balcony was tiny and there's no view. You need to pay via a link in prior and the host keep asking you - I was bit concerned with the amount of fraud happening these days. With the amount of communication with the host during the trip I felt quite disturbed. One cleaning was offered during a 7 nights' stay.

Highly responsive and helpful staff. Note that this is a home stay so no front desk but instead you can receive supper on WhatsApp. 4B on stop floor is above most city noise. Clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious. Easy access to District 1 life

Comfortable and convenient

What I particularly liked about the studio was the opportunity to make me a very good coffee every morning. They provided fresh coffee beans and a grinder, and different ways of making your coffee. Also, the place is very well located in District 1, close to a convenience shop a a waking distance to the heart of HCM city. For those who want peacefulness, the studio is located in a quiet little street. Overall, I really enjoyed the studio and its location, and if I return to HCM city, I will rent it again. Last but not least, staff was great with good customer skills, asking from times if everything was good to me.

Friendly and helpful staff with easy communication via WhatsApp. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Another great plus is the location—very convenient for exploring District 1 on foot. Overall, good value for money!

The owners/management are exceptional in providing communication from the moment I booked.They provided me with local information,support,the simplest of instructions for location and access and so much more. The location is fantastic,hidden away in a quiet,peaceful and safe neighbourhood and within easy walking distance to many of the top attractions.Shops,bars,restaurants all within less than a 5 min walk. Comfy bed,great shower,blackout blinds,big window that opens and a small balcony. Netflix on their account was a bonus. I cannot recommend highly enough after spending 7 nights there. Nothing

Exceptional

The host is very responsive. The host had repainted the room, during check in time, the room had a strong chemical smell that lasted a day, may have lasted longer but I aired out the room as much as possible. I contacted the host and they tried to remedy the situation with air fresheners. Another situation during the stay was the door didn’t require a code to enter, and I could just open the door and walk in freely. I’m not sure if that’s how it was all night, or just a brief moment in time, but that’s a little unnerving. The host came over and checked out the door as soon as I contacted them about it.

The location is very close to a lot of places. Walking is always an option to go places. PLEASE BE AWARE : next to the bathroom light switch there is the water heater switch . I accidentally turned it off and suffered with taking freezing cold showers . There is hot water here !

Fairly central location. Clean, spacious, fairly comfortable. No window in the room, which wasn't clear when we booked. Sure, one of the many photos of the property says that one of the rooms has no windows, but it's unclear which room that is. Also, the host asked for a cash damage deposit, and we had to coordinate both a time for them to pick up the deposit and to give it back. Asking for a deposit is highly unusual for a hotel, and it was inconvenient arranging for the pick up / drop off times.

The service the staff rendered to us far exceeded our expectations. They went the extra mile for us and ensured our wellbeing was met. The facilities provided in the room was clean and relatively new and we enjoyed making our daily morning coffee with the coffee beans and equipment(milk frother, coffee bean grinder, drip coffee cups) that was provided in the room. Drinking water was provided through a filtered tap and it saved us the hassle of having to buy bottled water. Also a washer and dryer is provided free to use at the ground floor, which made our time there so much more comfortable. There was nothing in particular that I didn't like. I had a fantastic stay.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed- towels, hairdryer, lots of places to hang clothes, tv, table and chairs, comfy bed, refrigerator. It was all good. The shower was great- good water pressure with the rain shower head. Only thing I didn't like was the lack of a concierge or someone on site and lack of a locked storage area for bags (since there's no one on site). Other than that, the location was excellent. The place good.

The Shampoo could be better quality, and there is no conditioner.

We checked in late and they have a super convenient contact-free checkin! The location was perfect and overall a perfect fit for us.
