Staff were amazing and so welcoming. It was very easy to organise tours and activities through the hostel. The location is excellent and is within walking distance of multiple tourist attractions, markets and some great food spots. I initially booked for 2 nights, but enjoyed my stay so much I stayed an additional 3.

Everything is so good the location, the rooms and the staff were amazing. You book everything u need there from trips or busses etc.. and the give very good prices. Highly recommend 100% ?

Anna and Elizabeth were excellent, they made it feel like you were coming back to your family each day. They remembered you by name, your room number and were always happy to help. Laundry was quick and convenient, private room was extremely spacious, free water downstairs. Location was easily walking distance to things in Ho Chi Minh. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for a place to stay. WiFi was quick. There is a construction site in front of hostel that can be a bit loud in morning but of course no fault of the hostel. Interesting smell in room which you quickly get used to

Good sized room with everything we needed. Location walkable to restaurants and sights, in a quiet side street. Staff helpful and able to give advice for whole of Vietnam. Free refill water in reception. Location was near a massive roundabout so every time we went anywhere we had to cross multiple multi-lane busy roads. There wasn't any common area or social space, only some sofas by reception that were mainly used like a waiting room.

Great location, AC works well, we were comfortable Our first room had a mould problem; however it was exchanged to a good room upon request Not a lot of options to socialize with other travellers.

The younger Woman worker of reception counter named Elizabeth Nguyen who is 100% perfect is very considerate, warm with many smiles, I think her service is not worse than 5 star hotel level. Also, you could easily communicate with her due to her excellent English. She also offer so many practical info. for your trip such as restaurant, one day trip...., anyway, You can count on her during your stay. if the hostel have only one worker like Elizabeth I would definitely give this hotel with full marks/ten out of ten. but.... The younger Man worker of reception counter with curls who is mostly work over night during our stay. He is not qualified with this job even though his English is good. As he never smiles or takes initiative to say hello initiative to the most of accommodation people. He is very indifferent, no temperature. One time, we ask him for changing the drinking water or fixing faucet of water tank. He shows unhappy, unpleasant expression on his face which is absolutely impolite and unprofessional as a service industry worker. He is very very disqualified!
