We stayed 3 days in twin room with window. Room was Huge with 2 beds and a decent size bathroom with hot shower. The view from Room was City View, Side wise.It was cleaned. Hotel has restaurant service and in room service. The food we ordered, was provided quickly. Indian restaurant BANANA leaf is 7-8 min walk. Big starbucks and KFC is nearest. The Bui Vien Walking Street was 10min walk. Ben than market was 8-9 min walk. All tour bus has a pickup to this hotel. We did cu chi tunnel from klook and bus pick and drop were from hotel. Reception was huge with dinning space and washroom. The doorbell staff was quick and kind. The reception provided us with umbrella every time we requested. As Ho chin minh has too much rain every day in Month of MAY 2026. Breakfast has many options, the view from up restaurant was city view . Reception has toffee box . The room was quiet with big TV and soundful Sleep. Despite the Room size remarkable, the bed runner was immensely dirty. The curtain in window was fully torn. Housekeeping as requested to clean the oil dropped from previous night dinner over the table was not done. Breakfast as usual has no food tag, which is veg, vegan or nonveg.As Indian Hindu many don't eat seafood (allergic),Pork, Beef.Labelling helps. The same issue was reported multiple times in other review post also. But it was not corrected. Reception guys have too casual attitude even the breakfast staff has too casual behaviors. specially one guy with spectacles & in black and white pant shirt with chewing gum chewing whole time. He behaved as such, that it doesn't matter who comes or not. the staff who started packing the breakfast croissant and all dry food items where from bare hand.No gloves. its bit unhygienic. Overall, the stay was good. But staff can make their customer feel welcome also. No welcome drink was provided.

The room is spacious. Breakfast is fairly good. Walking distance to KFC, Highlands coffee, Starbucks and Taka Plaza, an underground clothing market with a food court. Also, walkable to one of the exits to the metro. The air conditioner is noisy.

Great location!! and spacious room!! Close to everything with walking distance. Nice breakfast! The staff at the breakfast room were not friendly & helpful except the egg station. The egg station male staff is very friendly.

Great location and big spacious room. Accessible to everything in District 1. Breakfast was satisfying. The staff are so great and accommodating. The safe is broken but it is not a major thing. There were some cockroach sightings as well

Staff were very friendly and helpful and hard to beat the location. The safe failed to set to the new code a few times.

Lack of Free drinking water. I don't know what's the reason but in my kolkata this problem is negligible. Everyone should get Free access to get pure drinking water.

The location was good and breakfast was nice. They tried to give us a room with no windows. We only stayed one night and moved to another hotel.

breakfast is good. location is good. Booked a Twin Room without window. Staff were rude, and demanded extra money for a window. Bedsheets were messy, bathroom felt dirty.

The location and the hotel staff were amazing. Opening doors carrying bags up the stairs is really excellent service! Breakfast was relatively small but it was okay for a couple of days. We had issues with switching temperature during showers which were sometimes cold and switched directly to super hot. This could be improved.
