The available breakfast has varieties of selection that catered for everyone. The security of the room the door have gaps where you can use a card or pushed hard enough it will open. Most of the time you can hear noises from next door.

Location is okay, kind of busy and noisy. Decor in the hallways and upper floor stairs was outdated and in some cases tattered.

I love the live music on the rooftop in the beautiful garden the welcome drink. We had a family room and it was quite rundown with a very outdated bathroom and a semi functional shower. The pool area was overcrowded and had an awful order odour to it.

The bed. The staff was so nicety I got food poisoning from the food poolside. I was wondering why some of my food was room temperature, cold and hot. Then the man kept staring at me while I was eating.

Extra comfy bed, huge international breakfast, nice cool pool, clean rooms with "old" bathroom (would maybe need some love). Location is very central and walkable.

Amazing location, wonderful and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is good and has vegan options. The pool is small but great. Room is kind of dated. Plus, they spray it with a very strong and floral fragrance, so if you’re sensitive of fragrances, keep that in mind. Also, they wouldn’t allow mangosteens in the room. Durians, I understand, but mangosteens is ridiculous

Fantastic property- our room was huge and it was quiet considering how much noise was going on outside Bed was extremely comfortable Our booking included in our price was 2 meals, 2 cocktails with snacks, 2 x 30 min massage and breakfasts daily- which was extremely great value for what we paid. The hotel was classy and the staff from reception to dining and bar areas were very courteous We loved everything about this hotel
