Good location. Great staff and service. Breakfast is excellent. Too much smoking in the pool area. Recommend to limit smoking in designated areas.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alagon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful, which really elevated the entire experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is also a huge plus — perfectly situated to explore the city while still offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. What stood out the most, though, was the consistency in service. Max, our main contact, was abolutely an angel with all the small attention to me and the whole family (we had 10 rooms). I would highly recommend Alagon Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back! The pool is a bit small and not too many space to chill around it.

Located at a walking distance to all of the sightseeing places in Saigon. Three rooftops with gorgeous views. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Big thank you to Mr. Burnzo Lee for helping with communications with external bookings! Top notch staff overall.

The room was clean and appointed well with a private bath, desk, closet and refrigerator. The airconditioning worked well and the laundry service was a welcome addition. We loved the breakfast buffet and the staff offered wonderful hospitality. The shower head didn't work quite well, and had to be hand held, but that wasn't a huge inconvenience.

This hotel was excellent. It was well situated for the centre of the city. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Nicholas who worked in the bar. The outside bar area was pleasant to sit in. The room was very comfortable. There was a very wide choice of food for breakfast. I requested gluten free food and there were a lot of options for me to eat. We appreciated the various vouchers and discounts available. We enjoyed the coffee making workshop and the massage.

Location was great. Walking distance to the Market, but far enough away it was quiet. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. Dinner was also fantastic. Staff was very helpful.

Central location, beautiful and comfortable room. Good variety and quality breakfast. Were provided with coupons for dinner (used it once, tasty food), half hour foot massage (used it), and some others (drinks and spa discounts, didn't use). Rooftop pool and bar were nice, foot massage very relaxing. Very close to the market and many great places around! The fact that we didn't stay longer

Hotel definitely tries to go above and beyond for its guests. I stayed in 3 different types of rooms as I went in and out of HCMC as a base between other destinations, and all of the rooms felt sensible in terms of differences in price compared to differences in the rooms. The spa service is excellent and breakfast was unexpectedly amazing in terms of the open-sunroom type setting. Staff was great and was of great help with storing/checking bags that I didn't need to take in between different trips.

The staff in general are very keen to ensure their guests have a pleasant and smooth stay, I saw them as being very professional. The location is very good, walkable to most of the sights in Saigon, however not too close to the more noisy part of district 1. The breakfast experience was some what mixed, over crowded and shoving up at the end of operating hours, the buffet was practically empty.

Everyone was excellent, especially Quan he was a helpful and always opened the door!!! Thank you Quan and to everyone else, always so friendly and so kind. The food was great, the service was excellent.
