The location was ideal, proximity to key landmarks in district 1 were perfect for quick trips The windowless rooms, felt like a prison cell and the air flow and thin walls made it an interesting evening. I found a hear in my ride for breakfast the attendant didn’t take my plate but removed the hair out of my plate as if telling me “there you go I took it out for you” instead let me take this plate and bring you a fresh serving

Very good location! Price is good and in the rooms you find a lot amenities which show that they want to their best! But… the rooms are already pretty old and need a refurnishment. We had no shower curtain and the bath was everytime full of water! but the worst thing for us was, that nearly no one, not even the receptionist speaks english… there are no recommendations or help.

It felt very clean and comfortable and comfortable with many useful toiletries, made it so convenient. The evening and night security always insisted on helping with the luggage. Always making sure it's safe and helping around, so great to see. The receptionist was helpful as well phoned to check if everything was ok with the room and if we needed anything. Great value for money will definitely recommend.

Location is very good. City tour and market is in walking distance. Staff are very good. I requested for good view room. They shifted to 6th floor family room on the next day. Breakfast was good as well. Cheers and 7Eleven beside the hotel. Value for money. Will recommand to family as well. Lower floor family room does not have any view.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to all major attractions. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was limited in Vietnamese and International options. The room was quite dated and would benefit from some renovations.

Conveniently located among restaurants and entertainment venues. My room had a huge, comfortable bed and many of essential items, many of which were from well-known brands. The hotel is modern and reasonably comfortable. The staff is extremely passionate and courteous, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended.

It was near the market As well as.. they let us cook and were very helping to provide pure veg food no egg no meat food. They were very supporting

Second stay at this hotel. Was able to get same room as first stay (great memories). Staff easy to work with on room request. Good breakfast prepared when ordered from small menu. Excellent location. Staff change from a year ago but still provided great service. Great value in heart of tourist area. Hard to find in booking listings but worth the effort. Small 24-hour convenience store next door met all our impromptu needs. Actually preferred the queen bed with 2 nightstands from last year - now has king bed and 1 nightstand. Charges for bottled water and instant coffee.

Staff: Polite. Location: Amazing! Close to walking street and main attractions. Room: Fantastic! Spacious, well-stocked, bright, AC is powerful. Housekeeping: Cleaning is very good. The only thing is the mat in front of the bathroom, that was so dirty, I had to use it as welcome mat. Facilities: Incredible. You can find EVERYTHING you would need in the room. Minibar is overstocked, dental, shaving kits, plenty of everything. First time I saw a branded hair bands for guests. This is an elevated standard. Overall: Amazing. Would I recommend? YES. Would I stay again? I WILL! - Housekeeping staff completely ignores Do Not Disturb sign. Please, this needs to be fixed. - If you promise to call back, please do so. There was a situation, when I was waiting for the answer and came down to Reception just to find a lady watching videos. Will not deduct a point for this, because there were many positive moments. - The balcony is wet with dump water in the morning.
