The shower could have been better. The shower hose, water temperature, and water pressure were all very inconsistent.

Good location Staff does not reply to queries via chat. I chatted a week before our stay but did not reply. I asked again if we can do early check-in a day prior since we will arrive at 5AM (and we have a 3 year old toddler) but they did not reply. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was sleeping and did not accommodate us for early check-in and just went back to sleeping. Staff also does not understand basic english. It leads to miscommunication. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is my 2nd time here. I specifically came back because of its location and the friendly staff. It's not new so it's understandable. I just hope they have netflix or smart TV.

The hotel location was good Almost everything. Dirty hotel. Things fall apart. No basic kit like hand soap. The towels are dirty, pillow cases have black mold. Bed sheet is dirty and blankets have no cover. Shampoo are cheap 1000d packages yet cheaped out giving us 2 only for 4 people to use and never refill. Water only provided 2 for 4 people during our entire 4 days stay. We didn’t check out room before we checked in so we paid for 4 nights then immediately request if we can change to 1 night but was rejected. Fridge was dirty we had to clean it.

Hot water. Keep hallway clean instead of using it as a storage area. Construction is very noisy in the hotel.

The midnight man staff is grouchy but the morning lady is nice.

Great location & comfy beds! For the price it was worth it. The photos shown do not match the room. We were lucky enough to have our room changed to one with windows but everything is quite old and outdated, the bathroom especially. Do not be expecting the photos?
