It was my first time in Vietnam and the hotel left a last impression on me. They arranged a ride for me from the airport for a reasonal cost. The person who came to pick me and all the front desks staffs I met at the hotel were super warm and friendly. The room was clean. The sheets and desk were clean. I spent some time working from the desk and it was productive. I can be picky! I wasn't aware before booking but apparently the location is really central. I ended up walking around the district for 5hrs + my first day.

The staff was incredible, especially Winnie and the team. They were very accomodating and flexible to our needs, helped us in every way possible. Location is in the center all major activities in the city with nearby convenience stores and street food stalls. Room was very comfortable and complete with amenities. Thank you again to Winnie and the team of Nicecy Hotel- Le lai straight for making our stay wonderful and comfortable. Nothing bad to say

The location is perfect and the staff is tremendous. The staff is professional, friendly and kind. Winnie helped us extend our stay and was incredibly helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean as well.

Our stay at Nicecy was exceptional. The rooms are excellent and the location is unbelievable. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was so helpful during our whole stay. Winnie and Tien were able to help with all our needs. They are so kind!

Location was excellent, there was a really nice market just across the street with really good food options. The staff was very kind, friendly and always available to help. The room was a modern design which we liked. The room was a bit small and there was no window, but we knew this before booking. It wasn't a surprise or anything, but something people should know in case they want something different.

The room was so small, it was moldy and the towels were dirty or unchanged. Also no toilet paper holder provided and the sink was leaking. I ended up staying one night and booking at a different hotel the next day.

Staff was friendly and location was excellent I booked my room 1 extra day prior because my flight would arrive early in the morning. Upon arrival I was told that my booking was able to be seen but my room wasn’t available. There are lots of reviews saying this exact same thing and I saw at least one other couple get their room double booked as well. While waiting to find this out, the staff member didn’t notify me of anything, I had to ask if he could find my reservation, what was going on, and what they were going to do about it. In the end, I was able to get a room, the room which I had booked was supposed to have a view. My view was of a dark concrete chute that reeked of sewage. Between the booking issues and horrible smell/disappointing view, I would not recommend this place.
