The staff was great especially Aaron and Joy. Thank you

The staff is so wonderful. Amazing breakfast. The air conditioning in the room is the coldest I think I’ve ever felt. Netflix. Location can’t be beat and it’s off the main road so it’s quiet. Bed was comfortable. It’s a little pricey but I think it’s the area. There was also a mini bar and we were able to drink anything for free. But we aren’t big drinkers. We would totally stay here again and probably will when our month long stay is over and we are headed back. The bathroom is a little dirty and the shower doesn’t drain well. The water was hot. And it did the job.

We booked two rooms (balcony and supreme), and both were clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were serviced regularly, and everything we needed was provided. The balcony room was especially nice to relax in, giving us a bit of fresh air and space to unwind. The hotel was also perfectly located, right in the centre of everything, with markets, food spots, nightlife, and ATMs all close by, making it so easy to get around. We would totally recommend them.

The rooms were clean and staff were very welcoming The breakfast has very little options. You’ve got a variety of pastries, 6 options of hot food and complimentary tea, water and coffee. Coffee there is very watered down, not like true Vietnamese coffee which is strong and dark. Also when we first arrived, the hotel is located in an alley and not accessible by car, so we had to walk into the alley with all our suitcases. Nik hotel staff did contact me beforehand to confirm my arrival time so that staff would help us bring our luggage’s. however, no one was there to help us, the bell boy wasn’t present. And we were helped by the cleaning staff that were about to leave their shift. She brought us down to the basement and let us use the lift to the reception area. Rooms are not really soundproof, around 1am I could hear constant banging and what seems like moving of furniture above my room. I could hear people laughing and talking.

Very well located hotel with extremely helpful and nice staff.

Rooms are small, some without windows. Not worth the money.

Staying at Nik Hotel in Nguyen Trai Alley was a wonderful experience. Even though it's located in the center of the action, the alley setting makes it incredibly quiet and peaceful. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and handled everything perfectly. It’s the best of both worlds—convenience without the noise. 10/10!

Nice staff, perfect location to major tourist sites and very quite with comfy beds Nothing at all
-
The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean but there were hairs in the bathroom, mold in the sink, and the metal shower handle broke off.

Everything was perfect ! The team at the reception is very nice, smiling and professional. I highly recommend for a stay in Ho Chi Minh. Special mention to the lady at the reception with who I talked a lot. She knows. Thank you again for recommendation and everything.

The location was good and the staff were lovely. Lots of mosquitoes, place wasn’t that clean plus walls are very thin could hear everything.

Great location don’t think you could get better. Everything you need for during your stay and two free bottles of water and toiletries. Found it hard to find as it down a quite ally way, but if you look at map on booking it does help a lot. Reception and outside of the hotel look great. Would have given it a good 9 of it was a bit cleaner and other guests were quieter. I feel the room could do with a deep clean in areas, while I was in bed I looking up at fan it was thick with dust, wouldn’t like to have put it on. just makes you think how clean the rest of the room is if this has not been done in a long time, also bathroom tiles could do with a deep clean in areas and the could not get hot water on first night but it was late and maybe it had run out, second night it work fine but it was earlier. but other than that it look clean. Found it odd on check out they wanted to check the room, never had this before but guess they have had people causing damage previously. Not the hotels fault but room doors get slammed in other rooms as they were coming in and going 1-2-3am in the morning which woke me up a number of times in the night.

The property is in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and there was free breakfast. A lot of mosquitos in the reception area.

Decent location in Ho Chi Minh City. Day staff was very helpful. Good breakfast and a good shower. On a quiet, dead end street. Not the cleanest, there were small ants in our bathroom, evening staff spoke no English. New towels would be nice.

Great location and excellent staff! Many thanks to Lenni for all her advice! The facilities need some renovations. In particular the shower and the security lock on the door.

Very poor

Location is good and the reception is well decorated. The bed sheets had black marks all over it and I tried to ask for them to be changed but they just said it’s a stain from suncream. Could have just changed it but they insisted it’s clean, I didn’t care if it was clean was just not pleasant to stay in. Room had no windows and half of the plug sockets didn’t work. Ants also crawling everywhere.

Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The place is quiet.
