Funky hotel in a good location. Inside the Saigon Centre itself. Two small lifts for so many guests resulted in delays. Breakfast hot food was cold, this is not good when arriving just a few minutes after opening. Caters for the Asian market and not western tourists. We found ourselves uncomfortable and not able to relax.

Fusion Original was a stand out hotel - wish we had stayed longer in this one - but only needed one nights accommodation before flying home. Can not fault any of it - food, rooms, staff. All exceptional. Highly recommend. That it was only one night!

Location was excellent... hotel is nestled in the Siagon Central Mall... so you have access to lots of shopping and restaurants inside the mall. Hotel itself is 5 minute walk from the major walking street in Ho Chi Minh....

The hotel is exceptional in every way. Perfect location, spacious rooms, beautiful views, and the breakfast was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Hotel has no proper driveway. It’s inside a mall. It’s a little stressful getting the luggage into the taxi because the mall’s driveway was very crowded. Room’s slippers were torn even before wearing.

The room that we had booked was amazing and offered a nice view of the city. The AC worked well and I enjoyed the bathtub. The room is very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows were very comfy too. Didn't try the coffee, but I appreciate them having a French press in the room; something you don't see very often. The hotel is located inside a mall which comes in handy if you need to do some shopping. The location is amazing; right where all the action is. For such a central location, we didn't have any noise issues. Did not interact with the staff that much, but they seem very decent and nice. Nothing to be honest. We did stay very short, so we didn't use all the facilities. But such a short stay, it was a good experience overall.

Gym was dropped. Also got a text telling me of a $22 charge for breakfast and it was included in the room and took several texts to clear up
