I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. The team at the entrance was equally courteous and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness of the hotel and its excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. The only aspect that did not fully meet my expectations was the breakfast, as I felt there could be more variety and better options. However, the overall experience was wonderful, and the quality of the hotel more than made up for this minor point. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. Everything. It felt like a solid 4 star hotel. The location was great. Central but not on a raging busy street. It was clean. The price was good. The hotel definitely my favorite of my entire Vietnam trip.

We loved everything about our stay at Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint. Firstly, in recognition of our 20th wedding anniversary, our room was made up beautifully with rose petals, and towel swans. The room itself was jaw dropping! We were upgraded from the standard room to an amazing corner room overlooking bustling Ho Chi Minh Square. They were even views from the bathroom/shower! The air-conditioning was perfect and we were able to control it ourselves. Service was impeccable and the facilities were marvelous. We enjoyed the team each day as well as the stunning infinity rooftop pool. We were also amazed by the reasonable prices at the restaurant and rooftop bar. Maybe why we spent so much time up there!? 100% recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again when returning to Saigon. Not a thing!

Clean Room and good hospitality services provided by the staff. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Location is great. Easy to access to famous shopping Mall such Takashimaya.

The location was great. Nearby other hotels and centrally located in HCMC for meetings. The staff was nice and helpful. I appreciated the concierge holding my bags between checkout and the support with opening the door when I ordered a grab. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of American breakfast of: eggs, toast, and bacon.

Location is amazing!.located centrally to key streets for shopping and unfamous Bui Vien nightlife. Staff is lovely. Thein the check guy was patient and smart helping our group checkin whwn we arrived a t 11 pm. The luggage guy Lap has been amazing for storing and retrieving our luggage with smile. The spa is world class, my wife may have spent more time there than the room?. Would stay here again. In room dining was just ok and pizza wasn't really a pizza.

Clean, organized and stylish. Great rooms, rooftop bar and pool and breakfasts. Staff went out of their way repeatedly to make us comfortable. There was some street noise but it was unavoidable. Some sort of major brand entertainment.

This hotel is in a great central location; we were able to walk to most places and were surrounded by shops and food options, especially once we found our feet with the city. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The pool and drinks/food by the pool was great. We would stay here again, and I would highly recommend it as a great place to stay. Nothing
