Outstanding staff! They met us as we were walking down the ally toward the entrance and welcomed us like royalty. There were polite and attentive to every request. Special thanks to Kelly at the reception desk who greeted us with a smile every morning and was so helpful in answering our questions each day.

A little hideaway ! Entrance alley is small and inconspicuous! We miss it a few times! The small delicate hotel is quite good and location excellent but the entrance alley should clean up a bit! Entrance difficult to find, no big sign

Great location, walking distance to the major attractions and close to lots of great restaurants. It was quiet as well. The included breakfast was great, not a huge selection but delicious. The room was smaller than we were expecting from the pictures, and it had a slight odor. Overall great value for the price.

Nice small hotel in a great location down a little alley opposite the Saigon centre. Rooms are small and quite basic but very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and price was reasonable for the location.

We stayed for a short visit at the Little Saigon Hotel, and the location is excellent — close to Walking Street (Nguyễn Huệ) in the heart of District 1. The accommodations are wonderful. Although the hotel is tucked away at the end of a small alley, it’s surprisingly quiet at night, which made our stay especially comfortable despite being right in the city center. Every member of the hotel staff was terrific, including Kelly, Daniel, Ryan, Nick, Ricky, Rosa, Sarah, and Peter — all pleasant, professional, and accommodating. A special thank-you to Kelly and Daniel, who went out of their way (even conspiring with my wife!) to surprise me for my birthday. When we arrived, they had a birthday cake ready and sang Happy Birthday. It was completely unexpected and incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel and rooms are charming, well maintained, and very clean. We were extremely happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Thanks to the ideal location, it was easy to walk or quickly reach many of the major sights in District 1. The included breakfast was very good and varied each morning. I highly recommend the Little Saigon Hotel and would happily stay here again.

The staff were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional. We loved the breakfast and the location was excellent. Beds were firm but acceptable. Updated TVs would be nice.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was very small with very little space or shelving to unpack items for your stay.

That Hotel location was in District 1. The small room had NO Window !!!( not written in the description on booking) AC was was verry old and noisy ! Also the refrigerator is noisy and must be turned off ( other vistors did that so the water distroyed the floor) Entering from stereet in the Hotel is 30 m in the back between some dirty staff.

Warm, friendly staff - porter, receptionist, cook, servers, cleaning lady - everyone. Great location in Dist.1 - Ben Thanh, numerous good Pho restaurants n boutique cafes, Ben Ngee Food market, Saigon Centre mall, all within walking distance. Great location - hidden in an alley cul de sac, quiet peaceful away from traffic noise. Next door is highly rated Naii Specialty Coffee to savor coconut coffee n salty coffee. nothing to dislike
