Please be careful and stay away from this hotel. I’m not the only guest who has lost money here. You will lose your money when you go downstairs for breakfast. I had just exchanged money and counted it the night before. The next morning, I went down for breakfast at 8 a.m. Half an hour later, when I returned to my room, it had been cleaned hastily and carelessly — the dirty towels in the bathroom were still there, they only made the bed, and my belongings and wallet were moved around. Of course, some of my money was missing. I called to report this to the manager, but they told me that no strangers had entered my room and that the housekeeper didn’t see any money. They simply told me to take better care of my own belongings. But no one ever cleans rooms at 8 a.m. when guests go to breakfast — they usually clean my room around noon. That day, however, they cleaned it at 8 a.m. right when I was downstairs. Please avoid this hotel. It’s truly shameful that a 3-star hotel would steal from its guests.

Property is good and accessible to everything The only thing I didn’t like the breakfast there is no much options for Muslims to have breakfast everything is with pork there I believe they should have good breakfast options for Muslims also without pork separately

- Staffs were friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was good. - WiFi speed was okay and never get disconnected after working whole day in the hotel room. - The water temperature of the shower was unable to control. Either it gets too hot or it gets too cold. The temperature changed in between even we did not adjust it. - Poor design of the basin and countertop in the bathroom. No proper drainage at the countertop, water splash accumulates on the countertop around the basin when we use the basin, and the water eventually drips onto the floor, making it excessively wet and slippery after each use. - There’s a mirror facing the bed. When we covered it with the door of the connecting closet, it leaves the light of the closet on and we couldn’t find the switch to turn off the light. The light is too bright for us during bedtime.
