Every staff member we encountered was super professional and helpful. The location was good (super good if you want something a tiny bit out of the way) and easily walkable to most things we wanted to do. Good breakfast. We loved that there was an ice machine in the lobby. We had some difficulty ordering room service due to language barrier.

It is centrally located,less than 30min from the airport, but less noisy than average as Pasteur at that level is not very busy The place is best for walking The room was very spacious - we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and big kitchen Nice breakfast selection Decent value for money Very good seafood restaurant on the corner of Pasteur and Dien Bien Phu The room was reaking of stale cigarette smoke. The property is very clean The bed is not soft. For me with a bad back isn’t comfortable. No mirrors in the bedrooms.

The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. Great location within walking distance to attractions. Great breakfast included along with free self use washing machines and dryers. Good sized space to relax in. Nothing.

Breakfast is outstanding. Everyday serving is myriad of choices. The place is decent too. The units is great (2 bedroom) with 2 baths. It is good for family or with friends. It is located quite far from the Centre but the grab car there is cheap so it shouldn’t be a bother. But it should have been a lot better if it was in a walking distance to where the action is…

Good location, in a quiet/more official part of D3 while in walking distance to a more lively area with lots of food and drink available. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our flight home was in the evening, so we really appreciated that the staff not only held on to our luggage throughout the day but were happy to let us stick around in the AC'd lobby - really appreciated that! Not a bad thing, but FYI this is a larger hotel with less of a personal interaction with staff.

Good location with restaurant inside. Restaurant had a good selection of food and breakfasts had a great variety. The room was comfortable but basic. We stayed here before our Mekong River cruise which started from this hotel.

Very good staff and facilities. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great location for main Saigon north of centre sights such as War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace and Jade Emperor Pagoda. And only a few blocks walk to Ben Nghe. If I had one negative it was that the room’s walls were a bit thin so could hear from next room, but in context that’s a minor detail.
