Convenient as close to the airport The room and facilities do not look like as good as the photos. If you pay by cash in US dollar, they will charge more than how it is on the app. I paid us dollar as I didn’t have Vietnamese dong.

No breakfast. Only bright spot was the front desk ladies. They understood that we were really angry about the pick up problem. They did try to make it better...but there wasn't much they could do. No breakfast. We needed a quick place to sleep when returning to US from Cambodia thru Vietnam. The 24 hour pick up was horrible - took far too long and then a GRAB driver lied to us and said he was from the hotel. We could not get them to pick us up. Sat at the airport for quite a while. Should have paid for a taxi. We needed to sleep before taking 2 flights home from Vietnam to EWR airport. (over 19 hours of travel) The delay cost us significant sleep. Hotel was only fair. The only bright spot was the nice young ladies at the front desk. They were very sweet and understood that someone had screwed up. Oh well, next time we would use a different hotel.

The shuttle service, location, staff. It’s in poor condition. It’s a rundown hotel by the airport. I had to even request a hair dryer.

The staff are kind and professional. A hotel staff member came to the airport to pick me up. The room and bathroom were nice. A good value.

It's very near the airport. A good place to stay if you have a long layover. You just need to message them 5 hours or more if you need a free service of the taxi. The staff were helpful and polite.

This hotel is not as it appears in the photos; the pictures are quite misleading. Even the reception looks dirty, with walls covered in dark stains and full of molds. In this age, being forced to pay in cash is unacceptable, and the unfair exchange rate they used was simply shocking.

Friendly staff good location for airport Expos not working which I don’t believe as I stayed there twice in a week and both times they say not working then I pay in American dollars and I had to pay more for there rate which was higher than current rate on the day only a small amount but it’s the principal not the money feels like getting ripped off if they sort this out it’s a good place to stay transportation to and from airport very good

Everything is good I specifically asked to be At the airport at 5am. The young guy told me Sure and asked me to come down at 4:40am. I came down to the reception at 4:30am and was told that the transportation is scheduled at 5am and asked me to wait. The ironic thing is the car was in the garage below but I had to wait till 5:03 when car started rolling. We got to TSN at 5:09. Even 5 minutes will make a big difference in the check-in line. The line was like 200 m long with about 200 people with many luggages and I was the Last in line. Had to run like crazy to go thru all the security checkpoints to catch my flight. Please be sure to note down the time you have agreed with customers and honor it.

Great price, quiet location with 15 min free shuttle to and from airport. Above all are the friendly staffs making you feel welcome all hours of the day. Nothing consider the price point.
