Location was awesome - rooms are pure luxury!

I didn't like the shower arrangement in my room, taking a shower standing in a bathtub and the whole bathroom got wet even with the curtain closed, so you always had to clean up the water on the floor. the Hotel is expensive and compared with other Hotels and apartment in Vietnam, it's hard to justify the cost.

Some improvements: - electrical plugs in the lobby - breakfast buffet (The pho, egg and banh mi station are outstanding) - i had the right to cancel the room before my venue but the system (booking or the hotel) made the transaction on my credit card before the deadline

This hotel is pretty, and a great value for all the comfort and amenities you get. The room and bed were very comfortable. A/C was fantastic (important since HCMC can be hot) The breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing: complete choice of any Vietnamese or western-style food and drink you could wish for, and the service was excellent.

Loved the room and the great location. Also liked the fitness room and the excellent breakfast every morning. No complaints. Seemed that we paid more for our room than a friend of mine did approximately one month ago.

The location of hotel grand Saigon was a big plus for the property.The breakfast buffet was decent however they close it down at 930am Towels are a little old bed stiff and water drain too slow also hotel bath robes have holes No sauna/steam room at the gym

Excellent breakfast in a great atmosphere. This was a great hotel in a perfect location in HCMC. I would definitely stay here again. I was impressed with all aspects of this facility and the personnel were accommodating and professional.

Non of the power out let in the wall on the Dong khoi street was working, I could not charged my phone while waiting for the time to go to the airport.
