The views were construction cranes and not nice. At night a 100' wide TV screen with advertising ruins the atmosphere. I will not request a river view in the future.

When I closed and locked the door of my room, it could open automatically because of the wind from the open window. It seems to me the lock is not working, I have to use the chain to lock the door. Be aware of that lock .

None Terrible experience – beware! When we checked in, the bed cover was already stained with coffee. We immediately informed the front desk. A staff member came to check and accused us of spilling coffee ourselves. They said we had to pay 1,500,000 VND to replace their old cover sheet. We refused because the stain was there before we arrived. When we checked out, a new front desk staff member told us we had to pay 2,500,000 VND for the same stained sheet, or we wouldn’t be allowed to check out. Since we had a flight to catch, we had no choice but to pay. Very dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Do not stay at Riverside Hotel Saigon.

3 of the hotel rooms were being renovated. I was placed in a room next door to one being renovated, and it was very noisy all day. I do not understand why I was not given a room away from the noise

Good quality hotel in an excellent location. Spacious accommodation with very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour front desk. Laundry service although very good, was relatively expensive compared to other accommodation used during my stay.

good location. the room is clean but the hall is not, hallway smell moldy and smoky. the bellmans could be a little nicer and never seed a smile on their faces breakfast needs more choices from day to day.
