Eventhough we only stay for 1 night (to watch the NYE fireworks) KimChi and the rest of the staff are very accomodating!

The room was ok. The hotel charged me twice for one room. They charged 1176$ once, stated that the transaction did not go throw while the money were taken from my bank account. And said it was a normal thing and happens to the clients(I am not sure what is normal though). So the hotel refused to provide the room unless I pay the second time 1176$. No one appologized for their mistake, no one provided any support on retreating the money. So I had to push the stuff to contact the bank, had to nudge them about the reply from the bank. Horrible experience and will not recommend renessance hotel ever again. Better to stay in Hilton next door.

The hotel is kind of old. Need renovation. Too many guests for the holidays but obviously the facilities like dining room is not big enough so we have to take the breakfast at a temporary location.
