The guests, the hotel is too nice to rude guests that affecting other guests. Kids without parents supervision at the pool (9pm) splash water all over guests. Smoking also enforced lightly

The large billboard across the river with very bright light is very distracting at night.

The hotel was in a nice walking distance to the Market, approx .8 miles (15 min). There was plenty of high end shopping and food close to the hotel. We preferred to walk to places that were a little more affordable. Luckily it is a very safe area to walk around at night.

The bathroom design was poorly planned. No door or partition was separating the toilet from the shower, so water splashed everywhere and flooded the floor each time we showered. It was messy, inconvenient, and will likely damage the flooring over time.

I requested a queen bed and they gave us two twin bed combined which made the room feel very small

Good location, which is the sole reason why I picked this place The staff wasn’t accommodating. The room was too hot as I couldn’t adjust the AC.

Staff is really friendly. Breakfast with international options and fresh made omelete and eggs. Different type of coffees. The concierge is really helpful and friendly trying to organize and propose tours and activities.
