nothing... very unfriendly staff informed me that my room was unavailable... I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with this hotel. I booked the hotel through Booking.com. I selected the room I wanted. I arrived at the hotel around 5 p.m. after a long, almost 20-hour flight. Upon arrival, the very unfriendly staff informed me that my room was unavailable. They also stated that they had sent me a notification. They did, but I didn't even have time to read it because it was during my flight. After a long, unpleasant conversation with the hotel representative, they decided to offer me a different room in a different hotel about 400 meters from the one I had chosen. The new place was dingy and dirty. The new room offered was so small you could barely walk around the bed, the windows hadn't been cleaned in years... the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. In short, it was unacceptable and a disgusting place to spend a few days. So, after a long and tiring journey with luggage, and in the evening, when it was already dark, I was forced to look for a new hotel on my own. Fortunately, I managed to find a new room in another excellent hotel with exceptionally friendly service. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel and advise against it to any traveler. Don't waste your time and book another hotel.

The bed mattress was old no support The shower floor very slippery no hand rail to hold Staff at the desk did show no care attitude I was sorry i paid up front or i would have checked out after one night Bathroom floor was slippery when wet and the shower leaked in to bathroom floor No daily rubbish removal had to ask to a blank look as he had to look away from his phone I stayed there many times over the years but now i wiil tell my friends give it a miss Deliveries where left down at the desk no effort to inform that they had arrived Water was said to be supplied evert day and it was if you cold get him to look away from his phone he did a couple of bottles out of his hiding hole The man on the door was grate helping me every day as i am on a walking stick he was the only postive burn the place down or throw everything out with the staff put a treatment on the tiles stop slipping new beds a coat of paint not worn out old towels on the floor nylon pads on the chairs and stool so when they are dragged over the floor it dose not travel two floors with the noise waking people up

The location was good,a bit dusty with the upgrade of the hem but it isn't far off completion.

We arrived and they took us to a different hotel “Scat Hotel” which was a part of their branch. It was rated much lower and was further away from where we wanted to be (walked 550m). Don’t know how nice the hotel is, but if you book with them, there is a solid chance they will bring you to a more rundown hotel with no prior notice for the same expensive price.

It is located on a lively hem (laneway), however it quiet at night to enable a peaceful night's rest. The room was large with a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable and firm (but not hard like many beds in Vietnam). There was good water pressure with responsive hot and cold water. The air-conditioner wasn't located over the bed, which was great. The staff were friendly, efficient and always helpful. Please include some tea and coffee.
