Very nice staff, great location. Seconds from the promenade (tourist street). Close to downtown and shopping areas. Lots of great restaurants around. Night life streets were close by but we were not disturbed by noises at night. Large rooms. Humid bathroom. (We were on the top floor) Pleasantly surprised really.

It would be nice to add shower gel and shampoo for the guests. Moreover, there is a hole in the bathroom’s wall which lets mosquitos in.

The location was ideal. Even though it is in the heart of everything, it is on side street, so much quieter than expected.close to stores and located within 20 minutes of a majority of sights. Nothing I can say negative. Great location and great attentive staff.

Clean, safe and amazing location. This is absolutely an older, small hotel. We were on the 6th floor, alley side and it was very quote. There are 2 rooms on each floor, and the 6th was the top for rooms. There is a patio on the top floor for guests. The room was a great size for two people. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have laundry services. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing

Hotel Kim was a wonderful place to stay for our first 4 nights in Vietnam. We were made to feel so welcome. The owner could not have done more for us. She is lovely. The location was perfect, being tucked down a small street, just off Bui Vien , yet quiet,calm and peaceful. At the other end of this small street is a nice park with people exercising and kids playing in the evening. A lot of the long distance buses out of Saigon go from there as well. It's within walking distance of much of what you want to see and do in the city (War remnants museum, market, river etc). You are surrounded by a massive choice of great food. Do not worry about breakfast as there is a fabulous breakfast spot just 2 doors down the road. I don't give a 10/10 review lightly but Hotel Kim you really deserve it. We will definitely be staying there again in 6 weeks time on our way out of Vietnam There was nothing not to like. It was great. In

Location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Bui Vien Walking Street. Very convenient with many eateries, spas, pubs, cafes and convenience stores within the immediate vicinity and many more within a 3 minutes walk. Room is very spacious with a small balcony and comes with basic toiletries, TV n small refrigerator. Room and bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. The rooms are accessible using the lift or staircase. Although just a stone's throw from Bui Vien Walking Street, the noise level is minimal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. She arranged to get my laundry done and ready the next day. While the bed is comfortable, the blanket should be a bit thicker as the airconditioner needs to be switched on at full blast for quite some time to cool down the room. I had to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust the airconditioner remote control. The provision of a face towel will be greatly appreciated too.
