The property was on a party street so it was quite noisy in the evenings/at night. I don't remember seeing that in any of the reviews, though the front desk did notify us of this when we checked in. The property seemed unfinished (unfinished flooring, unpatched holes in the wall, etc), though when I asked if they were still doing renovations, the front desk said they were not, and any renovation noises were from next door.

The location was super great, it's right on Bui Vien walking street, there's plenty things to do and only 5m to walk to Ben Thanh market and other places. Althought it located near the party street but there's no noises in the room. The hotel was new and everything's seamless. Staff was great and helpful. I completely enjoyed the whole stay, would recommend this hotel!
