Great budget place. Perfect location

Owner lady seems cool. Price was good, I think it was a promotion. Climatisation worked. Would stay again. No elevator and steep staircase, so if the room is on 5th level it might be a problem for someone who is 80 years old. I am not, so it was not a problem for me. There seems to be siphoning problem in toilet, if someone else flushes elsewhere, it pulls air from your rooms toilet, greating loud noise and some stink. Minor problem, but maybe they can fix it.

Exceptional

The owners are lovely! very funny, very helpful for us backpackers! they have seating outside to chill, we booked the tunnel tour through them which is a lot cheaper than the tour agencies. Also great location !! Room was still very hot even with air on and fan, and unfortunately lots of little ants in the room on the second day. There is no elevator and our room was on the 5th floor which doesn’t sound like a reason to write about until you are walking up and down the staircase everyday lol.

Lovely family, decent size room with air-conditioning, daily cleaning and clean towel, good internet, working tv with some 24/7 English speaking movie channels and great location. Really enjoyed staying here we extended a further 2 days and we hope to come back before we leave Vietnam . Cannot recommend enough!! We loved everything

Great location, tucked away on quiet street and in walking distance of plenty of bars/restaurants. Room was very clean. Shower was hot and had good power. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge was a nice addition. WiFi worked well. Fine for a few nights stay if you’re on a budget. Our air con didn’t work properly so didn’t blow any cold air, luckily we had a fan aswell which made a small difference, but overall the room was very hot. The room and bathroom were very small, with the shower being directly over the toilet. We were on the 5th floor and as other guests have mentioned there is no lift so if you struggle with stairs then I would recommend booking elsewhere.

Everything. The place was a gem. Extremely clean, so much you could eat off the floor. All facilities worked to perfection. Lots of hot water, good pressure. Great A/C in addition to a fan. The room was so quiet never heard a peep. The owners were fantastic and very accommodating. They obviously take a lot of pride in their establishment. Looking forward to staying there again. Wish I had found this place earlier as been visiting HCMC for 20+ years. Thanks again to the hosts. Nothing not to dislike. The place is a hidden gem.

Loved the central location of the property, very clean and comfortable with the sweetest staff. Bé was such a lovely host despite the language barrier (we used google translate to communicate) she did everything to make sure we had a comfortable stay, she helped us with booking excursions, ensured we were alert and safe when exploring the city and was always smiling. The rooms were a good size very clean, comfortable and affordable given its central location. Toiletries were also provided and if you needed any extras all you need to do is ask. N/A

clean, spacious room, clean bathroom, very nice and helpful owners, great location, everything was good everything was good. the property doesnt have an elevator if its important to you but they help you bring up the lugagge.

love the room and the staff very friendly. door shut at 12midnight, have to ring the bell to get in (no big deal) but feel guilty to call the hotel owner up (LOL). nothing to dislike with. only thing they need to add in is a water boiler. will be perfect.

Nice room, in the center. if you are there for the night life , it is really next to all the clubs and bars so it's a very good choice. The address on booking is not correct and I arrived too late at night so I needed to search for half an hour for the hostel, and also I would suggest to choose this hotel

The staff were super friendly and nice!

The small, simple and clean room was equipped with nearly everything you need: window, aircon, fridge, hot water... A minute walk to the nightlife of the "walking street" but located in a quieter side street. The staff was very friendly und you can get cheap water bottles (10k) at the reception. No water kettle. In the night, you hear the music of the night life due to bad noise insulation is the window. The windows of the hotel next door have been better. When the perfume of the towels was gone, they smell very bad to sweat. But that's a common problem is small hotels in Vietnam. Someone should show them how to wash properly.
