nothing arrived and was informed our room broken, so they walked us over to sister hotel. Lower priced room, no window, no hot water, stinks. They said we not have window room even though they showed picture of our selection with window. When, a booking.com hotel allows such hotel to trick customer not only shameful for booking but hotel should not be allowed to use booking hotel.com. Really, sick of booking.com allowing such dishonest tactics. Breakfast free not too bad but service sucked. after long flight hotels know its easy to just break down customer from searching for new room. Location right in middle of red zone. Avoid this hotel or its sister hotel.

Staff was nice and trying their best. The hotel is only quiet relative to beging on the party Street. You will be able to call out the beats. The room was also smelly.

The cost was good for the location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was no lift but other than that it’s very good.

The location is very convenient to popular places for just 10 minutes walk. There're a lot of bus routes passing by just outside the lane. I booked a few day tours, although it is not possible for the tour bus to pick me up in front of the hotel(bus is unable to come in due to the small lane), the alternative meeting points are both very close. My booking includes breakfast, which has Vietnamese and Western style choices, and they are all very delicious. the room is usually quiet, but it is located beside the stairs. the stepping noise can be heard inside the room if someone is using the stairs. not happening very frequently, though.

There is no elevator, thus walking up to the fourth floor can be a bit tiring but there is a lift for luggage!

Everything.Perfect location.Very friendly efficient staff.Room was super clean.Very comfortable bed with the freshest whitest bed linen.Towels also super white.My room did not have a window which meant I slept very well...absolutely no noise from the outside world.What a gem in the centre of a bustling city! Nothing!

Great location, fantastic staff, clean and comfortable Be aware there is no lift, but stairs are fine. Be also aware you do hear street noise despite other reviews especially bands but they finish at a reasonable hour for the CBD. No good for light sleepers but we found it fine.

Good breakfast included in a nearby restaurant Difficulties to find the hôtel in a little lane taxi was unable to find it we have turnaround 10 times, then I was walking through littles lanes passing 3 times in front without seeing it...at the end somebody gave me the address...I was just in front
