What a great staff! Treated me wonderfully ?. Helped me on money exchange. Sim card, laundry. And I was there only two nights.

Very nice central location, with atms, tourism venues, grocery store, forex exchanges nearby. Super friendly staff. Location is noisy at night, but rooms have okay noise cancellation.

Location is near bars and party places—not recommended for family with kids. This is best for backpackers or friends who want to explore Ho Chi Minh City as the location is along the City Center. We travelled as a family with 2 minors and this is not the best location if you have kids—hotel is clean, comfortable, safe and friendly but its also along bars and party restaurants in HCM City.

The location I simply want to warn people before they stay at this hotel what to expect. Staff is rude. Only will clean room once a week. If you ask for more they get angry. Have 3 dogs in lobby. 2 dogs bite guests almost everyday. Holes in sheets and comforter. Clothes hangers broken, it took 3 days to get toilet paper and soap. Guests have them do their laundry. Everyday people weren't getting their clothes back at time promised, people were constantly missing their clothes or people were saying, this isn't mine. The dogs bark all night and if you stay in room #1 all the noise from the lobby makes it impossible to sleep. It is usually staff that is loud and have no respect for the guests. I have no idea what you are talking about. I never had heart attack. I arrived on time, you picked me up at airport and said, you arrived early. Yes, your dogs have bit guests and you paid for rabies shots while I was there. I never said I was bitten by your dogs, I said guests and customers were bitten by your dogs. You are delusional. You need to stop with all the lies and be honest, although I never saw honesty while I was there. There are many guests that will also be leaving bad reviews here. It isn't just me. Why didn't you address the holes in the sheets? Broken coat hangers, no toilet paper, lost clothes, always being rude and disrespectful of your guests? You have big problems that need to be addressed. You have already lost a lot of business and there are big losses ahead. This is my honest review. Instead of denying what happened, you should have apologized here and said, you are going to address the problems. This is exactly how I was treated while I stayed there. Also, you knew I was going to stay longer than one day. You requested that I book one day through booking so I could leave you a review. Don't worry, I and many others will never stay at your place again. Three of us have already made plans to stay at a different hotel.

I love how they treated their guests and the location of the hotel , it is very near in the walking street and very noisy but it is incredible cuz you can't hear the noise from the outside .It is very clean and spacious and very good price. No negative feedback ???

Very nice staff. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Bui Vien St. Other landmarks walkable or short Grab ride. Hotel can book tours. Have stayed here twice and will return.

Centrally located near bars, entertainment, and restaurants. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Rooms are adequate for the price; not luxurious. Conveniently accessible by bus 152 from the airport, with the bus station located directly behind the hotel. Nothing.

The staff here are amazing. I see why people like to stay here. They always great you with a smile and offer something like bottled water, fruit, coffee. They can arrange tours, have onsite laundry service that I witnessed lots of people come to use as well as currency exchange that many come to use as well. The rooms are old and smell of sweat though but if you can get past that it's a great stay. I had an issue with my room and they were quick to sort it out and make me feel comfortable. Also they are always offering food. I had a great breakfast there which was unexpected.

The host is the most wonderful lady and all the ladies there are absolutely lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they even did some washing for us. We were offered fruit, water and beer everyday and offered breakfast too. We will definitely stay here again, I love this place so much. It was home from home.

The hosts were some of the kindest people I had the pleasure of meeting in my 3 month trip in South East Asia. They often offered us cold water and a snack as we walked in and made sure to look after us. They even walked me to my taxi to the airport to make sure I was safely in it as my mobile data cut out. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and hot. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
