Staff extremely helpful, allowed us store luggage the early in morning of our check-in as we had arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 7am. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The location Room too small for the price. No facilities like swimming pool and gym. Need to go to another hotel which is quite far to use these facilities . Toilet too small ,the door will bang on the toilet bowl if you open the door. No usb outlets very inconvenient to charge our devices. Room a bit old and outdated. No full length mirror which hotel supposed to have.

There're a lot of dark spots in the bathroom. The room is not soundproof. If you're not a morning person, you will be waken up by a door-slam/close of the other rooms every morning. Also, the curtains don’t completely cover the window, so the room will be bright in the morning when you're yet awake.

The property is nice and clean. It’s conveniently located in the middle of the city making it easy to get to everything. The staff is what sets this hotel apart from the others. They are always willing to help and they definitely made the stay enjoyable. Shout out to Ben and Happy for going above and beyond!

The hotel is in a good location .It is very clean . The breakfast is just okay . Lots of stairs to get to the lobby . Our room was very small and the “city view” , well … not so nice . The pool is not in the same building , it is in their other hotel .

Highly recommend to stay here, rooms are pretty new and well furnished, beds are comfy and 4 pillows for a couple was provided. Bathtub was gigantic and don’t need to wait too long for warm water despite being on the top floor. The service was really good, all the staff are well versed in English, very friendly and helpful. Location was really convenient, near a supermarket, lots of restaurants, bars around, very near the walking street and 10 mins walk from the mall. Highly recommended!! Bed frame was a little noisy and squeaks

The hotel was stylish and comfortable. It’s in a good location. Breakfast is terrible and the staff weren’t very friendly. Our room was on the 9th floor but the elevator only went to the 8th floor. Something was going on the last night/day we were there. At 7:30am the morning of our checkout, the staff had every door on our floor open with heavy duty fans and vacuum cleaners going. Very noisy

Great location. Walking distance to many places … opera house, cathedral, shopping markets and malls. Very safe neighborhood with good restaurants close. Clean and comfortable room. Staff very pleasant and easy to ask advice.
