Staff was was easy going and friendly The rooms look nothing like the picture I booked from when I arrived I was told that the room I wanted was. No. Longer available, not sure how I can book it if it is already. Booked I was put in a room with no window and no hot water

The bathroom had a nice hot shower. Bed was comfy. We were a walkable distance from everything. Our room looked nothing like the pictures, it was dark and quite dated. The venue should maybe consider redecorating to make the space feel more comfortable. When we arrived the room had a smell to it which was a little off putting at first.

THE PHOTOS ARE VERY GLAM, however the rooms are pretty dark and dank. In saying that it was fine, It's exactly what it says on the tin, for $24 you get a bed, a toilet and an air conditioner, shower sort of worked, sound was drowned out with the air con and fan, elevator is brand new and flashy, no balcony. The kid at the front desk taking photos of me on his mobile when I walked in and out was cooked. I'd only really stay if you want to watch the chaos down the walking street and sleep for one night before heading somewhere else. If you're on your own and femme, maybe just spend the extra.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures they are dark and dirty. The hotel is on such a loud street where you hear the music and live bands singing until 4am. There was a power cut so might lights or air con for a long time, rooms also smell

Location was good but not the sleepless nights! The street is extremely noisy with loud music till 4am! The bass was coming through the walls, no chance of much sleep! I booked a room with balcony, it wasn't available when I arrived, I was to move into it the next day but it was sold to a new customer while I was out! I had to wait three more days to move into the room I booked. Not at all happy.

I didn’t get the room I booked as they were apparently renovating the balcony so I was given a family room. Everything worked, it was spacious and comfortable. Location was basically like being inside a nightclub between midnight and 04:30 every night.

I only booked this place as my hotel before canceled my room but this place was nothing like the pictures, bed was awful and so uncomfortable the music was sooo loud I had to wear ear plugs I didn’t like it at all

Dirty towels and sheets, staff is not pleasant, the location is bad because at night we had to sleep with ear plugs! Music is so loud because of the bars nearby.
