Cleanliness. Comfortable and Convenience My room on the bottom floor was affected by Noises caused by customer checking in and out!

They gave my room to somebody else because they said I didn't get there before 1930. I had to find another place to stay. Guy was rude too over the phone, while I was asking him why he was going to give my room away.

NOTHING!!! They have the worst staff! We lost our AirPods and some food, but no one helped us find them. It’s very disappointing and seems impossible to get any assistance. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and had a terrible smell. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

Also the location, since it is beside the Bui Vien Walking Street, a bit noisy in late nights.

dirty bathroom. they have a toilette hose and it was very dirty. So they never clean, i do not want to imagine how many jused dirty! - the advert say soundproofe and minibar, none of them where available.

Close to Bui Vien I stayed at this hotel on April 16th and 17th. This hotel was absolutely terrible. There were bedbugs, and I was bitten all over my body. I asked for a refund, but they completely refused to give me one. To prevent me from writing a review, they canceled my Booking.com reservation, so now I can't leave any feedback there. I’m writing this to warn others so the same thing doesn't happen to you — do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. Check out the reviews on Google Maps. There is a lot of damage.

We knew it was close to the noisy streets but the previous reviews looked OK. The noise that came from across the road from live bands till the early hours. We felt it didn't match the description much.The health and wellness I think was the downstairs massage parlour which shared the same entrance. We were 'upgraded ' on arrival but had to cancel our booking.com booking first. While we were there we didn't have any room cleaning etc. We also were plaqued by little ants which were everywhere.

The room was okay. The mattress was comfy. The staff was great. The only thing is that for being close to the walking street, at night it might be difficult to sleep, unless you go partying and come back early in the morning.
