Excellent, friendly, professional staff. Very courteous and considerate. Rooms located beneath the pool/banquet hall floor can be quite noisy when events are taking place.

Vietnamese noodles were fabulous. That was the best thing about this hotel. The swimming pool is the second best. Location is good too. BUt decor and staff are average.

Love the breakfast selection and made to order food station where chef cook eggs or local food. Front desk went above and beyond, we didnt have local currency wanted to exchange some at front desk and they lent us a small amount. Room is very clean, love the electronic bidet seat. Noise from guest of adjacent room one of the days but quiet on most days

The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The hotel gave us the option to shower before our late flight. There is a garage with a security guard, and we stored our bikes there safely.

Conveniently located, staff is amazingly nice and very helpful (big up to Truong who gave me a lot of tips). Room was spacious and comfortable as well. Not so much to say on that side.

Nothing as such but if areas of improvement is to be considered maybe breakfast could have been better with more options.

Only suggestion is that there could be a few more lounge chairs at the pool area instead of bistro chairs.
