The hotel was clean, the staff very pleasant, the meals (breakfast and a dinner) were excellent. The location was great, the pool was perfect. We stayed for several nights and were sad to leave.

Everything was good except the bathroom doesn’t have the shower that’s hooked to the wall. Instead you need to hold the shower head when taking a bath.

It was quiet and close to all the highlights, it was only 5 minutes from the war museum, the staff was attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious

Great location. It’s an older hotel but it’s kept up nice and clean. Staff was amazing. The gym and pool were not great. I felt the hotel was very expensive for what it was.

This is a great location if you’d like to walk. Very close to district one and all the attractions. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was very firm and very thin, but other than that the room was quiet and the AC worked well.

The location is excellent, near the heart of the amazing city of Saigon. The breakfast buffet is great -- lots of choices including both Vietnamese and western dishes.

Nothing likes My family booked this hotel for April 30th so our young child could watch the military parade without waking up too early. We never expected such a horrible, disrespectful, and arrogant level of service. • The security guard was constantly rude and made things difficult for guests. • Front desk staff were cold, never smiled, and spoke to guests like giving orders. • Housekeeping had a bad attitude and acted annoyed when speaking with us. • Staff members brought their relatives to eat breakfast for free while paying guests couldn’t even find a seat! • A guest who accidentally took the wrong way was shouted at and threatened, even though they had a room key. • The first-floor viewing area for the parade was closed without any notice, and families with small children were not allowed in – completely heartless and inhumane. This is the first time I’ve seen such shameful service in beautiful, welcoming Saigon. Having a good location doesn’t give you the right to treat paying guests this way. Disgraceful. Unworthy of the hospitality industry. Stay away if you don’t want your holiday ruined.

The room was nice, and the buffet breakfast was great. We couldn’t get the big shower head to work. Also weren’t aware that on the night we stayed there was an Independence celebration in which the easiest route to the hotel was blocked off.

We decided to book Not the cheapest room and we're glad we did! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful too.
