Location--the best possible for my needs; outstanding location; quiet, safe; great coffee shop and convenience stores on lower level; easy to get a Grab taxi or bike at this location. Check-in and staff--easy and flexible. I appreciate that I could get checked in at a very late hour, and they responded to my needs during my stay with great communication. Room--spacious, comfortable, modern; not in top repair, but more than adequate for my needs. Washing machine--what a wonderful convenience!; machine was quite dirty, so I ran a couple of clean cycles, which were only partically successful; staff did further cleaning, which was adequate for me; I used the machine multiple times during my stay and greatly appreciated this convenience. Payment--you should expect to have to pay with cash. This was not made clear during my booking. Staff failed to be able to use a working credit card for payment. They were flexible to work with me after check-in day while I gathered the cash necessary to pay the bill. I suspect this is not a one-off issue, as they claim.

I arrived in Vietnam earlier than the standard check-in time, and to my surprise, they allowed me to check in without any additional fee — which I truly appreciated after a long trip. What started as a 3-day booking quickly turned into a month-long stay because of how comfortable and welcoming everything felt. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The overall experience was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend RiverGate to anyone looking for a place with great service, flexibility, and a very supportive host. I would definitely stay here again!

Not quite as nice as pictured, but okay. Was a bit disappointed when pressed to pay in cash. Ultimately was able to pay via credit card as planned.

Nice apartment in a great location in District 4, HCMC. The room was clean, and the host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to my requests. The studio was more spacious than I expected and included a small kitchenette and refrigerator, which was very convenient during my stay. I highly recommend it!
