Rooftop pool and bar were epic! The rooftop bar had such unique, interesting and delicious cocktails served by delightful staff and it was a bonus that they had different 'events' on like movie nights and live musicians. The location was beyond convenient with heaps of amazing restaurants around, and walking distance to different sites and other conveniences (pharmacy, mall, etc) We booked the Nara Deluxe which was a bit small and while it had a window it looked out to a wall. I would still come back for my next visit but I'll probably upgrade the room. Not really.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, special shout out to Amy and Grace who were amazing.

Hotel was rather small and the rooms need attention to bring them up to date. Thought we were getting a walk in shower however it turned out to be a shower over the bath. Water went everywhere when showering. Difficult to get a meal in the restaurant that had short hours. Nice pool on roof top and Ben and Nikki were awesome. Over priced hotel. Stayed in 6 hotels in Vietnam and this was the most expensive and would rate it 5th best.

Pool area is wonderful , very nice staff, central location , pleasant rooms Works next to hotel making lot of noise but nothing hotel can do about that

The breakfast and tea were fantastic. Our room and bed very comfortable - a great shower! But the best was the staff who were there to help with anything and everything.

The first thing we were impressed with at Silverland Mây Hotel was it's prime location, its amazing staff and the fact they upgraded our room to a Deluxe room. Nothing!

Amazing breakfast! Very friendly staff. Beds were so comfortable that we had to find the mattress brand to get one ourselves lol. Prime location. Walking distance from the top tourist sites of the city. 24 hour front desk was also a huge plus. Only minor nit-picky things - the shower had a roll down curtain thing instead of a door so the bathroom floor got a bit wet. There were a few ants in our rooms, and an annoying alarm would sound if you don’t slot your room key in the compartment right when you enter your room. I think it’s an old building, so they did what they could with the infrastructure. All in all very minor things and a pleasant stay.

Staff and location were very good. Pool was lovely, a great Saxophone player there one evening, was a pleasant surprise. Afternoon tea was good if you got there early, not much left and there were rushing you out new end. Changed our booked room to a newer bigger room on arrival and we didn’t notice till all unpacked that the window looked into a cement wall, 2 feet away, we booked room with a city view. So we felt like we were in a dungeon !

Location was great. Staff was attentive and very focused on service. Breakfast had lots of options. I didn’t like the design of our shower which allowed water to spray on the floor. However the water was hot and had good flow

The pool is very nice and lobby is comfortable. The breakfast area is also very welcoming and organized. A/C was a bit hard to control

I loved the facilities especially the rooftop bar and pool. For a big large group this was a great meeting point for all of us. The location was also quite central. While the location was quite central, it was also situated next to a very sketchy area. I wouldn’t walk there alone in the evening. some guests in the hotel would invite people back in their rooms so it got quite noisy and uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable and room was nice and clean. Also the location was in the center, close to landmarks but not on main street. The issues with the bath water fossit setting was hard to maintain, the breakfast was little missing but overall was very good.

Breakfast was the best thing in the restaurant. Somo more activities inside the hotel perhaps although the afternoon tea was great as well.
