We were not allowed in after 00:00. We were allowed in the next day. Very dirty, uncomfortable, no towels, no brushes, dirty sheets. No cleaning was done. Why does booking.com allow such a place. Very surprised

EVERYDAY I FOUND VISITORS WERE ABLE TO CANCEL THE BOOKING. THEY DID NOT HAVE TO URGUE WITH ATTENDANTS TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was seriously disappointing. NO SWEEPER, NO RECEPTION, NO CLEANING OF HOTEL AND ITS ROOM, USED BEDSHEET AND TOWELS WERE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS. TV WAS NOT WORKING, POOR WI-FI CONNECTION, AC TOO RARELY WAS SEEN WORKING IN SOME OF THE ROOMS. WALLS AND PROPERTY OWNER NEVER COMES TO HOTEL, 2 YOUNG BOYS MANAGES EVERYTHING AS ATTENDANT, NO COMPUTER TO RECHECK THE BOOKING.

It’s poorly managed. The rooms were not properly cleaned. I have to double clean the bathroom because there were visible stains on the toilet bowl.

One of the most bad and worst hotel I stayed in my entire life so bad they give me a bad room that been use from someone before me no cleaning nothing the bathroom all stuff been throwing inside and stuff that Ben used as toothbrush and extra other packs of soap no hot water only cold under the room super dirty I ask them emergency to recover my money back or change the room and then they told me no money back and wait until tomorrow we will change the room and then for tomorrow when I woke up, I went they told me sorry we don’t have any other room to give you and they were super rude and then when I start talking about I’m gonna do the review about you and I’m gonna call customer service on Booking.com about scamming me then I went to my room super pissed and angry. I start packing my stuff to leave and then he come running not to my daughter telling me OK we’re gonna give you a room After I told them like I’m gonna call the customer service and I’m gonna say everything that they do to me. I’m genrall one of the worst hotel of my life. I would never forget this experience. Not safe at all unless you’re a tough person and you have a strong personality to handle Nothing They are a scammer and the hotel is bad condition

It's very close to everything even for tourist attractions. Most of the appliances in the room is either unstable or not working.
