Design, decoration, room size bigger than expected, big space for suit cases when opening, clean…. The bathroom is large. Enough and controllable lighting in the room The restroom is small even for a medium height girl’s feet when sitting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Gin, Ishar, Rachel, and the rest of the staff always kept a lookout for our stuff. They even went the extra mile to return my phone to me!

We had a very pleasant stay at The Concept Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Laundry facility was remarkable. Special thanks to Mr. Gin and Miss Trang Gia for their outstanding service. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to help us, especially when our original tour was cancelled at the last minute. They quickly helped us arrange a new tour with another operator, which saved our day. Their support truly made our stay memorable. Thank you! The room was bit small.

There is a security guard at the entrance to the hotel which not all hotels of this price range had. It makes it feel safe For the price that you pay, I expected the accommodation to looks better and more well upkept.

Clean, mid size rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean showers. Friendly reception staffing. They offer self service laundry facilities. Cons, shower and toilet doors are frosted glass that you can see through, so if you’re friends sharing, it could be awkward.

Comfy bed Great staff Very clean Sink in the bedroom which isn't unusual in Vietnam but for people who need the loo/wash their hands a lot in the night, this isn't very good for the other sleeping people

It was located well, everything was walking distance. The staff were friendly. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

The hotel was really well located for walking to the centre of District 1 without being right in the tourist bit. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in this area. Once in the room I couldn't hear the outside traffic, which was great. The room was comfortable and had what I needed for a basic stay. Don't expect frills, but there's a TV and water and a mini fridge, plus the laundry facility downstairs (I didn't use it so can't comment on how good it is). The staff were very helpful, especially Jia on reception.
