The floor was not really clean when I first entered the room; I could already see dirt and hair on the floor. The room was a little small, but that was fine for me. However, the bed sheet was not really clean. The soundproofing was very bad because at midnight I could hear people upstairs talking very loudly, and that was really annoying to me. Also, there was no elevator.

Staff didnt clean the room well enough, we spotted somebody socks in the closet and clumps of hair in the corners of the room. The bathroom has roller blinds, which don’t offer much privacy for those who prefer it.

The hotel is located near the center, making it convenient to get around. There is a luggage lift, but I can walk up to the room without any problem

It's very clean, it's in a good location, and the staff is very helpful. Just a heads up - they don't have a lift/elevator. Make sure you're up for walling up some stairs!

Room was okay, clean but needs a bit more attention..no lift, struggled to walk up to the VIP room. Mattress was hard. No lift. Had to carry bag up first flight of stairs to put baggage into the small lift..

No elevator. Too noisy in the morning since the staff are cleaning or whatever. You can hear people’s voices from next door. The room smells so bad. No hot water and it’s running so low as well. Everything is just not worthy.

Close to district 1, 5 and 11 We stay on the rooftop, No elevator to any floors level. stairway too narrow, we have a hard time to bring our luggage up and down. no parking for car .

Good hotel , clean and nice and friendly staff. Busy and noisy area and in fact it's a good option if you need to be somewhere around the train station.
