So great! The ladies who worked the front desk were so kind and very welcoming. I was greeted each morning with a smile. The security guard who worked there was SO helpful. Carrying my luggage, taking me and my stuff to my room, making sure I crossed the street safely. The room itself was just as pictured. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Spacious, with safe, refrigerator, clean bathroom and bed. Nice view of the city! Also right across the street from an amazing Banh Mi place. Cannot wait to go back there again.

The room is spacious and smells good. The bathroom is clean, the water pressure is strong, and the Wi-Fi is fast

Staff was nice Room was a catfish. Much nicer in the photos than in person. The shower and room was much more worn down. Our room said there was a window but it was to the hallway and the hallway light was on all night. The staff was not willing to upgrade us to a normal room.

Property is well located, bars, restaurants and supermarket very nearby. Room was clean. Asked for a silent room (high up, away fromt street) and got that request granted. Pictures are a bit better then the actual room looked. Room had much more of a shoebox shape. Overall we were happy, expectations were met, not exceeded.

I really liked the hotel. Friendly staff, good room, price and perfect location. We stayed on the 1st floor. A lot of noise from above. Walls very thin.

Most Vietnam hotels are full of scams and show fake pics and paid reviews of properties. I love the chill suits. amazing location, has great staff and is very clean. superb highly recommended nothing

Central and cheap, and didn’t mess us around on our booking (like others have in HCMC). Staff were helpful and considerate. Super small, basically-appointed, utilitarian people-storage unit in busy centre of Saigon. Minimum viable room size with pretty tired fitout. I think access to natural light would make a big difference (we had none)- so check what room type you get. Some ambiguity in the street address… took a while for our driver to find (prob not abnormal for HCMC). Also, multiple properties under the “Chill” title - be sure to get the right one.

Nothing much. Good location and staff members were nice Paid more than my friends and got a completely different room ( their one was what was on booking.com) mine was smaller and nothing like the photos.

Many shops in the area so you won’t have to go far. Prime locations as Ben thanh market are 12 min away by grab. Very friendly staff. Due opt for a room with window as you’ll feel more comfortable.
