The location was great and walking distance to the commercial areas. Basic and functional facilities. The room was clean and well maintained. Laundry facility was a plus! Staff were attentive and proactive.

Very nice! Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh. Very safe area lots of educational center around the property so we feel very safe coming back later in the night. Also staff was on 24/7 so kudos for that! The room is quite big and clean, they provided cutlery, plates and dish-soap so a total apartment room i would say There was a damp and musty smell of the towel and all fabric used inside the room not sure if it was because it was raining all week that we went or problem with their laundry but that's all

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right next to a primary school with very loud announcements starting at 7 in the morning.

Staff extremely nice and helpful. The location is convenient to most tourist attractions. The room I stayed is clean, comfortable, and quiet, except for the weekdays hearing the life of school kids ( but it’s not annoying). If more kitchenware provided will be perfect. It doesn’t feel bored without TV/ streaming services. The city offers all the entertainment!

The location was perfect, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Lucy, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was incredibly kind and gave us excellent recommendations, including where to find the best pho in all of Ho Chi Minh City! We truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing except staff is friendly Apparently it’s my fault to book their economy room. I thought it’s sort of promotion but in their definition ‘economy’ equal to noisy and ground floor room. You got woken at 7am by loud music and motorbike engine. After I complained, the staff showed me another room on 5th floor and it was allocated right next the elevator and you can hear the elevator going up and down very clearly. I gave up. I booked 3 nights and only lived there for 1 night then booked another hotel in district 2 which has so much more value than here. Obviously this hotel refused to do me any refund as I gave up my stay voluntarily. Wanna warn my fellow travellers you get what you pay for. Suggest you pay a bit more and avoid this hotel

Great location! The staff was really helpful and checked in on us a lot! The bed was quite hard and for us not the most comfortable

We were not happy with the location due to a very noisy school nearby, but staff were absolutely brilliant at moving us quickly and upgrading our room. The facilities are really functional and clean for busy days touring the city and perfect for tourists.

Location is great, at a back street away from the hustle and bustle and still within walking distance to most of the attraction and nice restaurants. There are washing machine and dryer free to be used. Clean, toilet water pressure is great and bed is comfy. Great value for money. Friendly staff. No TV. It is a no frill type of hotel, so the staff may not be at the reception all the time.

The hotel location and the cleanliness of the hotel. Value added with the free laundry service, fridge, and micro wave. It was safe and comfortable during my stay. The noise from the ground floor where in front is the motorcycle park.

-Good size of the room. -Super clean. -Mattress just nice, not too soft, not too hard -Safety lock available on the door -Very nice and attentive staff -Good location in District 1 Not really a huge issue for me but it would be nice if the aircon noise can be smaller.

Exceptional

Property was very clean, staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile and a staff that is really commendable would be Khang. He always checks up on our stay and make sure that everything is fine like when we needed more pillows or needed help with the toilets. Assistance was always provided within 5-10 mins. Highly recommended! Bed was slightly tough
