Haven Hut Hotel

The room was clean and big enough in the central location of Saigon. The receptionist Ny and security guy were friendly and super helpful. Thanks a lot and will book here again. None

The location was excellent — fairly priced and .close to all the restaurants, the Old City, and main attractions. The staff were very helpful, especially Vivian, who was always happy to assist. In my humble opinion, she could easily be an English teacher! ? No complain.

Staff is good! Especially Vivian on the front desk. She always greeted us when we passby.. She can communicate in Enlglish and always smile. She is very accomodating. Overall the property is decent and clean with good cheap price. We stayed at Junior Suite with City view. Near 7/11, W connvenient store, there is bakeshoo nearby .. their Breads and pastries is good! There's Restos nearby and coffeeshops. Main road is walking distance. We had a good stay!

Excellent location for me, rooms are quite spacious, good value for money. I have stayed here for several times and will stay here again. Soundproof could have been better

Convenient location Nothing

Not much to like about this place. The linen was almost brown with lots of stains on it. We had to go to the supermarket to buy towels as the ones provided were full of stains. The room was not very clean with lots of hair and dust. The staff were not friendly at all, with the security too busy smoking and the receptionist listening to music. The lobby area really needed a good clean and was not inviting. Location was not really near anything and had to get a Grab everywhere.

Everything about this property was fantastic but what made it was Vi the receptionist! She was a ray of sunshine to see when coming in and out of the hotel and we got to get to know her really well and now have made a friendship! We bonded over being massive Taylor Swift fans and exchanged bracelets as us Swifties do! Thank you so much again Vi and Haven Hut for having us it really is a delight of a hotel in a beautiful city!!!

Exceptional

The staff were very professional from the beginning. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was very good. Overall, an excellent option in Ho Chi Minh City.

We needed a hotel for one night and this was adequate. The toilet had an awful smell and became blocked. There was a shared toilet in the corridor that we were able to use though. Staff were friendly and the location is good.

I paid for a more expensive room because it said that early check in from 12 was available with that room. However, when I arrived early check in was not available. I was also unable to pay with card and had to pay ATM fees to get cash out, even though it was the last day of my trip

Exceptional

I stayed at this hotel at the same time last year and it was perfect, but this year there was one big disappointment which was you could not see out of your widows. Green building mesh covered the whole of the building, I asked the staff was there building work going on to which the reply was no the mesh was to keep the sun out of the rooms, now obviously the staff had been told to say this so I can’t blame them. I was in touch with the hotel before arriving and nothing was mentioned in our conversations, as from the last photo of the top floor you can see that building work is going on.. In summary it’s a nice but basic hotel in a good area now if your not bothered about looking out of the window onto what is just an ordinary street have a chat with the hotel and I’m sure you will get a discount off them, I did upon leaving but probably only because I complained strongly and threatened the with probably the worst review they’ve ever had.
