Nice room on. 5th floor, so away from busyness of Ho Chi Minh, but good lift, good aircon and shower etc. Windows also in room. Very helpful staff. Location was good for central Ho Chi Minh with lots of places to eat, able to book tours and buy anything nearby. Comfortable bed. All in all excellent accommodation

Its a owner operated 3 star motel/hotel. The location is exellent as it is 2m walk from night action st , yet far enough to not hear the sound of it Rooms where small but it was cheap

The owners are very nice. I had an amazing stay and I felt safe my entire stay. Though it was located in a busy area, I’m surprised its so quiet when I go inside my room. Will be staying here next time for sure!

A little bit noisy at night coz I heard people playing game/cards something like that, on bui vien street but not at the center of the crowd

Very helpful staff, they waited up late for us to check in as our coach was late. Good communication through the app. Staff very helpful with requests. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location right next to walking street, but didn't hear noise from there.

Heard very little street noise and yet it was very close to extremely loud music on the walking street. Good location. Good value. Friendly hosts. The beds were hard. It’s very difficult to get up in the morning in a windowless room, but we did know that ahead of time, just didn’t realize what a luxury having a window was!

Exactly what I was looking for. Just needed a place to spend the night and lay low. So I expected a bed and clean accommodation. That is what I got. Very good value for money.

I was skeptical as it was my first budget accommodation in vietnam but after reading the good reviews I was convinced to give it a try, the location is great if you like the bui vien party environment. My aircon was leaking at night and after alerting the manager in the morning he got it fixed by noon.
