No proper views from the window , since we upgraded the room but no use of it There was light cut off and we need to climb 9 floors through stairs Exactly at 12 we were asked to check out or else we would have been charged for full day They didn't even give us 1 hour extra to check out

I like most of it. My stay was really well and comfortable. Everything was fine. Breakfast could have more options, except that salami and eggs for Europeans weren't a big choice.

I loved the location so much. There are so many cute cafes, and food spots and shopping in good walking distance. It’s 5 mins away from the Saigon Center. The customer service was impeccable, rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are SO COMFY. Staff made sure our stay was comfortable. I would book again in a heartbeat. I just wish the gym had more things but we loved it!

The location was great for walking to attractions and short grab rides. It was really noisy and didn’t seem to quiet down at all

The location outside the street food. The drainage, untidy scene & food are at door step. Staff promote early check in & check late out but was unable to offer. If u r not confident of providing, best not to promote & ended up disappointment.

Great large room. amazing view. The common kitchen is great and valuable. The location is great, close to restuarants and the ben thanh market. The pool is very fun to be at. Breakfast is ok, not a lot of vegan options. No netflix.

The staff were great. Very helpful and made the stay good compared to the hotel itself. The entrance and facilities were good. The cleaning staff were great. The room was not as expected. The hotel is very tired and the room was pretty poor for what we paid. It was dirty in places on the walls, the showers barely got hot and was quite cramp space wise. The plants in the pool were overgrown so you did not have a good view. The pool was not cleaned daily as it had rubbish floating in there that I had to remove twice and bird poo was on the ledges everyday. On our last night the pool was closed. The hallway carpets and walls were a bit grimy too. I could have got a much better airbnb for the price we paid. We were also in a very dirty street and next to the red light area.

The breakfast options are quite limited, with the same set served each day. It would be better to offer more variety to enhance the guest experience.

Our room was big, great AC, huge comfortable bed, very clean, good little breakfast, pool and small gym. The soundproofing wasn’t the best in our room so at night/early morning it was louder than I expected but it wasn’t the end of the world and the quality of the room made up for it.

Had a great stay, highly recommend if remote working as the WiFi is excellent and co-working room is a good place for this. The staff were also fantastic in accommodating an early check in at no extra cost and the free laundry is a nice addition I wasn't aware of. Breakfast is basic but appreciated and close to lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants in district 1.
