The location and facility were a good value in a good location. The location was away from the street and loud nightlife noises. It was easy to find and easy to got to and from the unit. There is unlimited bottled water available by refilling your bottles from a central location next to the office. The room was nice and clean. Laundry services were available and they actually returned items the same day evenh though they promise next day return. Having to carry your luggage up 10 stairs to the lobby may be troublesome for some, but it is the norm in Asia so I always expect stairs.

Great Apartment!!! Lovely size. Great Bathroom with Bath and Shower. Comfy bed - But Squeaky! Use of Kettle, Microwave and Fridge. Nice sized desk for writing. Safe and Secure Accommodation in a Safe area - although you will have to walk past a few 'Girly Bars' etc... to get there! But I felt very safe and Welcome!!! Van (Lady who worked there -was VERY Helpful, Kind, Welcoming and Polite). Easy Check-in and Check-out Procedures. Overall, Very Happy and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! The Only Complaint I have is that the Bed was Exceptionally squeaky when you moved! Other than That I could Not have been Happier!!!

Really clean and spacious,really good value for money with its great location in district 1. Although off the main road down a few alleyways, completely safe. Great having a kitchenette too.

Spacious, quiet, fairly clean, decent work area, very good internet, reasonable price, friendly staff. Only complaints were that I (maybe mistakenly) thought that there was a washing machine, and it’s a little tricky to find down an alley in the red light district of Japan Town. They have a paid laundry service though. It was one of the very few places that I’ve stayed in Vietnam where I could work reasonably comfortably and had zero problems with the WiFi. The place is a little run down, but given the price and the location, it’s great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

Good shower, friendly staff, comfortable bed, close to tourist attractions. Can hear other guests slamming doors in the middle of the night. Needs better soundproofing.

Kitchen is very practical, location is very fonctionnal, very calm at night even near the big street. We were able to leave our bags in advance in a very safe place. Free water is a must.

Nice bedroom and comfortable bed. Central location. Responsive, friendly, and English-speaking host. Lots of restaurants, shops and cafés nearby. 15min walk from popular shopping markets. Shower got cold quite quickly, and the shower head was small. No plates, knives or forks - only bowls, one spoon and some chopsticks. No dustbin in the kitchen or bathroom. Window opens a meter away from another building - limited natural sunlight. Seems to be surrounded by 'adult work' establishments/bars. Noisy air-conditioning unit.

The place is hidden in some small streets, so is very quiet. Dark room, room had window, but less than a meter from the window was another building with window. So I also couldn’t get some “fresh” air.
