Exceptionally clean. Very thoughtful Japanese style and design. Super comfortable bed. Polite staff. Amazing price for the quality. Location is excellent Breakfast was room service style and you need to place the order the night before. It was good food, just not my style. Still going to stay at this hotel again because it was so good.

Interior. Staff. Wi-fi speed is really low in the room. ~2mbs. If you need to work - it's not possible. We used mobile network. Air conditioner is not strong.

Very friendly staff! The facilities were really nice! Japan modern vibe. Location near a lot of restaurants and other establishments but the area is quite peaceful. We would definitely come back! None.

I wasnt able to stay in the room I booked. The front desk told me this upon arrival because the previous tenants extended their stay. As a result, they put me in the room by the main elevator/stairwell. I couldn’t sleep because I could hear everyone, guests and staff, in the main lobby talking and bringing in their luggage. It was very noisy.

The room was too small and uncomfy. They tried to assemble Japanese style. It's the very same size with hotels in Tokyo, for the same price. It doesnt make sense to me since it's HCMC, not Tokyo.

The room was very clean and beautiful! We particularly loved the balcony and the bath tub. We also really enjoyed our breakfast. The Suzu Saigon team even prepared a yummy tiramisu cake for breakfast to celebrate my husband's birthday! perfect stay overall :)

Comfortable stay, conveniently close to many food places and walkable to many tourist spots for sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good sound insulation from the outside. Their restaurant was closed when I was there. Not a problem but you check in advance if this matters to you. The sound proofing between rooms isn't the best but my neighbors weren't extremely loud so it was ok. There's only 4 rooms on each floor so there wasn't much noise from foot traffic.

Clean, cosy, close to lots of restaurants and easy to get into the city. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was great. Staff were helpful! We would stay again

Noise between rooms

Noisy as usual, hotel can improve on the sound proofing for sure but it's understandable as it's the city. Water in the bathroom seems to seep out from the pipes which should call for some maintenance. The internet is very iffy. If you're streaming, it seems to cut off intermittently.
