Rooms are Neat, Clean & hygienic Required Amenities provided in room. Walkable from Bay & market area. Water, tea coffee kettle provided. Rooms are pretty small & Compact, serves the purpose though.. No Locks for washroom & bathroom. No complains otherwise.

never saw the inside of the hotel Avoid booking here if you actually need a place to stay. I was traveling to HCMC with my rugby team for a tournament, only to have the Bay Hotel cancel my reservation at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Their excuse was that I hadn’t 'prepaid,' despite the fact that prepayment was never offered as an option during the booking process. They left a guest stranded in a foreign city with zero notice, likely because they overbooked and chose to bump me. If you’re traveling for an event or as part of a group, do not trust this hotel to honor your reservation. Utterly unprofessional and unreliable.

Breakfast changes every day and offers a wide variety of choices. The room is extremely clean and modern. Laundry service is very good. Great location with a very nice view. The gym is small, but it has everything you need for basic training I don’t understand why there are only four sun loungers at the rooftop pool. When there is a group of friends or a couple, they end up sharing one lounger, which makes people around feel uncomfortable. What is even more surprising is that there is enough space for at least three more loungers, but for some reason they are not there?♀️ Also, when I entered the room for the first time, there was a slight smell of an unclean carpet. However, compared to all the positive aspects, this did not really matter to me.

The rooftop bar. Very pleasant. Beds where a absolute nightmare. Aircondition didnt work during night time before a technichian was contacted.. still it was not functioning.

Staff was at least nice - fixing elevator at night was way too loud. - no noise control, very loud. - very bad room design (no windows, shower spill over to carpet, etc)

Had a great stay! The hotel is in a very good location - just about a 5-minute drive from the city center. The room was clean and well-maintained, and room service was quick and efficient. The restaurant staff were polite, well-behaved, and very service-oriented. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience! A few front office staff members had limited English proficiency, but they were courteous and eager to help

Cleanliness of the rooms, view from the pool and the rooms, location was also perfect, staff was always friendly and helpful.

Pool can be better but it does not demerit the property. Breakfast feels crowded.

The amenities are nice, and I liked the location. I had a large issue that made me have to reschedule everything in the afternoon. I had told someone when I came that I would like to check out late on Wednesday, but when Wednesday came I was not able to check out late. I had to make last second arrangements to an hourly hotel instead of paying half since they gave my room away. I would think they could move me to another room but they didn’t . They also had rooms still available at this time.
