Everything was amazing - my family felt right at home, all services like room service, breakfast & anything we wanted was provided so promptly. Chef Dinesh was incredible! Mum had allergies and he was so prompt to fix an attend to it If you want to shop in district one or have the area be 2-3 min walk it’s a tad far like 11 min walk but nothing bad at all just a note

Location and staff’s friendliness. Very polite and helpful in booking our local tours. Concierge Khoi was very nice and prompt in helping with my questions. Will revisit and stay next time when my wife and I are in Vietnam Can’t think of anything

Location I’ve stayed in different countries in Le meridien, by far the worst is in Saigon, unprofessional staff and room had very bad smell while having a construction noise 24/7, staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. For the amount of money you sending here you can get much better places with better services

Very good location and close enough to all main areas, a must for walking and checking all the vibrant back streets Breakfast was excellent with good choice of options for all culinary tastes and the staff friendly and helpful. The river facing view was awesome with the bright lights & colour and the morning sunrise views. The rear facing rooms unfortunately looked right into another tower.....

I liked their beddings and the smell of the rooms. It was next to a construction building and the building continued work until the night and the noise only disappeared after the binds were down.

Excellent Stay with Great Service & Scenic Views: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely courteous & quick to understand customer requirements, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The location is a major advantage, with excellent restaurants & cafes just a short walk away. The highlight for me was the stunning view from the hotel window overlooking the river - so calming and serene. Looking forward to coming back soon! Why don’t hotels credit loyalty points for bookings made through platforms like Booking.com, even though the hotel ultimately receives the payment? Shouldn’t they encourage customers rather than deprive them of points on money spent?
