Good size room, good location, great food at breakfast. The staff were unfriendly at breakfast. I arrived 30 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to close and they were visibly annoyed each time! I never took long and had always left before they shut. I also attempted to eat a sandwich in the lobby and they kicked me outside to eat in the 35 degrees heat. I asked for some water and they tried to charge me 200k Dong (about £5.65). I won’t be back.

A bit pricey and furniture is ageing.

We stayed at the Lotte in Seoul previously and thought to give this a try. Location and pool were good We received no information at check in about the areas and facilities of the hotel, like spa or amenities on offer. It felt like we had to always ask for information that should be straightforward and provided to the guests. Room was from another decade with worn finishes. view of the river was nice but the windows were dirty. Guess it’s more of a wedding or other occasion venue type of hotel.

This was my best stay in a hotel ever. The service was extraordinary - I have never had something like this. The location is perfect right in District 1. I had a river view room and this had a beautiful view. There are many restaurants in the hotel with excellent food - also room service from them. I used the gym which is also perfect and next to the pool. I will always come back there when in Saigon. This is only because I am tall (190cm): The shower head could not be adjusted to a higher position for me

The swimming pool is so nice, quiet and not windy Not comfortable with the way of coffee & tea making by staff at the buffet counter. The room was frezzing even the aircon was turned off. Cannot set the desired temprature

Amazing views from my room!! The best service!! I really appreciate it and highly recommend. I will definitely be back. Thank you. Nguyen, The breakfast buffet is really good, one of the best breakfast buffet in Sai Gon. I really enjoyed it.

The lobby was grand They blasted very loud music at the pool! If we knew ahead of time we would’ve stayed at a different hotel. Someone was even start to have a wedding reception nearby can’t imagine how terrible they felt.

We like the location foremost. It was facing the river and the Ba Son bridge. The room we stayed in was kept clean everyday. The breakfast buffet could use some additional food/dishes.

The receptionist is very professional. She remembers all of my request sent before I check in i.e. issuance of VAT invoice. The staff are very nice. Every staff says hello and smile when they see us. I am also happy with the room. It’s very clean! Nothing

Was not impressed that the US dollar was asked for Breakfast. Secondly the buffet dinner was impressive but the food such as the meat and vegetables in the dishes was not warm enough it was actually cold. That supposed to be kept warm . Concerned here about potentially food poisoning. And it was not cheap. To expect to pay for such a spread you at least expect the food to be kept warm at all times!! It was not up to scratch. Secondly I found communication with the waiter staff in English was not up to scratch either
