Very good location, elevator, kettle in the room

Perfect location, close to many places I wanted to visit. It fit perfectly within my budget. It has air conditioning and an elevator (a bonus for me, who doesn't like carrying my belongings up stairs). In the booking it was said that I could pay with credit card. They only accept cash. Not a huge problem, but for me it's more convenient to pay by card. The street it's in an alley not large enough for cars. But it's near to a main street.

The receptionist allowed us to check-in earlier without additional fees. Very friendly and accomodating and our room on 3rd floor is very quiet we can hear the sound of the analog clock. We're able to catch up on sleep after early morning flight.

Thao Nhi Hotel provided comfort during my last few days in HCMC. There was changes in my booking and they accommodated it right away. I was impressed on how spacious my room was, given I'm solo. There were lots of amenities in the room, including a table and a chair, drawers, hair dryer, and a very spacious bathroom. They also provided towels and toiletries. Staff were kind. It's strategically located in an alley where there are also shops and is near a 7-11 and short walk to Highlands Coffee. Overall, I liked the efficiency of this place and I'm glad I get to stay here even if it's a short period of time.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed. A t.v. and cable, a kettle, a wardrobe, a fan, a desk, a private bathroom and the ac worked great. I did find a few huge dead cockroaches in the room.

Had everything we needed for the money we paid. aircon was really good, along with the shower water pressure. bed was hard but fine. excellent location in a beautiful alleyway. also relatively quiet! Hosts were kind and helpful and stored our bags free of charge the day we left. Overall a good stay.

location is perfect .. Right in the middle of the action but far enough that you don't get much noise. Staff is nice but speaks little english. For the money the hotel is good for backpackers or those on a "Super Budget" trip. A/C is good- Wifi is really good. Beds are okay. They have an amazing bathtub and good hot water! Property is family run and "closes" down around 10pm.. You can't leave or come back to the hotel after 10pm without waking up the family sleeping in the lobby.. Just didn't want to wake them up so I stayed in.. Also the power went out for about and hour (including a/c) in the whole building and was told "it happens a few times a day" it will be back on in an hour. For the money which was about $20 per night it's a good bargain but I moved 1 street over to a hotel where I'm paying $40 per night and I'm MUCH happier.. It's all about your budget.
