Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. I had to change my hotel as the previous one was not satisfactory. I made the reservation for Nam Long Hotel the same day and they accommodated an early check in for our group of 11 with 4 rooms. My room is large with 2 queen beds and a balcony. The hotel probably has the most comfortable pillow and bed I’ve slept in out of 4 hotels while in Vietnam. The hotel is a short walk away from Bui Vien Street but also away from the noise and chaos. There are people at the lobby at all times to monitor the comings and goings which made me feel very safe. The manager reached out personally on WhatsApp so they can cater to my needs more efficiently than going through Booking platform. McDonald’s and a couple convenience store is less tha 5 minutes walk, market/food court close by. Bill the concierge/bell boy is really helpful. Bonus: They also provide same day laundry service! Thank you Saigon Nam Long Hotel! Cars/taxis cannot drop off right in front of the hotel but the staff are there to assist if needed.
