The best homestay!

Great swimming pool, awesome breakfast, very helpful host (we could book busses, rent bikes, do laundry all at the same place). Comfy beds with curtains and everything for privacy, even a lil bedside table! And two bathrooms per room which is really nice.

They helped me plan my time in the Ninh Binh area and gave great recommendations about places to visit and the best way to organize the days. I also rented a motorbike through the hostel for a good price, which made it very easy to explore the area. The breakfast was generous and very tasty, and overall the place offers great value for money. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and you can tell the hosts really care about their guests. Tam Coc has many accommodation options, but I’m glad I chose this one. If I come back to Tam Coc, I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was friendly and very helpful. We knew that as a homestay, the property was not going to provide 4 or 5 star amenities, and we had no regrets. The property was good value for the cost. We only had a couple of minor complaints: we would have liked a bath mat for the shower so we wouldn't have to track wet footprints after a shower. While the room was very spacious, there could have been a desk for us to use our tablet and laptop, so we had to use them while on the bed.

Very clean, very good price. Host are very helpful. The tour they recommend with professional level of English day tour( include Trung An one). The tour guide’s English is not quite good as expected.
