Such a cute place, a real gem next to the lake in the best place in Tam Coc and Ninh Binh with an open view of the amazing sunrises in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff, amazing location, clean rooms, nice breakfast, good pool to escape the heat. Staff was able to accommodate an early check in and let me hold my bags on check out until 8pm. I would Highly recommend

Wonderful place - so cozy, clean and lovely

Lovely staff who let us keep our bags there all day on check out and offered us a shower before leaving. Great location - everything is walkable, you are outside of the very noisy streets and there are plenty of restaurants and spas outside the door.

Quiet, friendly, and close to central square. No TV; but then again why do I need a TV when on vacation? Not really a drawback.

Hien at the desk is very kind, knowledgeable and helpfull! Breakfast was very basic.

The glass box design of the rooms really lacks privacy, even though there are heavy curtains to pull across. That’s a matter of personal taste.

That most of the attraction nearby walking distance Not a good value The owner of Indian and he doesn't want to change or innovate the place. The room looks much more than the reality. With the same price we stayed in better place unfortunately they have no more availability then we had to have last minute reservation for this place.

We were a family of 7 in two rooms. The hotel is small and family-friendly, the pool is perfect. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The level of cleanliness is very good. Please note that breakfasts are ordered from a menu that you receive at the hotel reception, so it is worth doing this in advance upon arrival :) The staff is nice and helpful with everything you need.

Hien the receptionist took great care of us! The room was clean and neat, and the bathroom was really cool. You can also rent bikes from the hotel, we rented one morning but it started raining after around an hour so we returned them and Hien refused to let us pay for the bike rent even when we insisted. Location is on a quiet street next to the main area and overlooks the lake. If you pay a visit to Tam Coc, this is the place to stay!

The staff is very nice

Beautiful setting, lovely pool for the middle of a hot day. Rooms were quite spacious, even the family room. Staff were very helpful with organising things and giving advice on where to go. The bathroom was also nice.

The rooms were perfectly clean, a great size, decorated beautifully and super comfortable. The area is quiet, but just a few minutes walk from everything - shops, spa, restaurants, bars. Perfect location! The best thing though, was the incredibly helpful staff. When everything was going wrong with our transport, they helped us by sending a taxi to our location in the middle of nowhere to get us to Hanoi. Absolutely the best place we've ever stayed and would 100% come back again! Loved everything.

We had a great stay! The host was so lovely, the room and outdoor space was also great. We hired bikes and got some laundry done (very quickly!) for a good price. Location was also fantastic, so close to restaurants and shops. Would really recommend.

On a quieter (no vehicles) road in town. Very clean. The woman running things is so lovely. She has the best laugh. Her English is challenging to understand, but with a translating app it worked out fine. We loved our stay and would return. The bathroom is an interesting configuration. The shower is at one end and is open to the rest of the bathroom, but the drain is at the other end (past the toilet and sink). Thus, the entire bathroom floor is wet when you are done showering and you just have to wait for it to dry (which takes hours).

The location was good near the Tam Coc boating. The room was quite decent. The staff were very polite and very helpful There were no toiletries provided, no napkins provided. The room was not cleaned and bedding not done even when requested

Great, calm location in the heart of Tam Coc. Modern rooms, very clean. Amazing breakfast options (including the famous pancakes nutella banana). The host is the friendliest woman you’ll ever meet. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We liked the hospitality, support and kindness of the staff, the location was great, and the suggestions for sightseeing as well.
